I was expecting all the "OMG YOU'RE TOO YOUNG" stuff, but meh to you all.

I have my reasons, and I have justifications for my actions, it would just take a long time to explain it to all of you thoroughly enough to make a difference, so I won't bother. there will always be sceptics, but trust me, I'm not rushing into this without thinking about it and such. I've asked around for advice, talked to people about ideas and suggestions for the future, and spent a lot of time thinking about the pros and cons of this, and in the end my opinion is that it's right for us, and most of the people I've talked to about it in detail agree with me.

edit: forgot to say, thanks to all of you for the congrats and supportiveness and such. it's greatly appreciated.

wexxuz: I'm actually just about the same in real life as I am in the forums. just as sarcastic and such, I just have a lot fewer idiots I'm forced to deal with :p in the case of my fiancee, I'm quite a nice person. I DO have quite a large soft side to me that she gets to enjoy when around me, despite what it appears online :p

IIRC, it was something to do with the quote " all cheese shall be paid to him" or something (don't ask me, I wasn't there either). I think xXSpIDerXx put the quote in his sig, then starwars put in his sig, xXSpIDerXx wasn't there, presumably because he wasn't (again, don't ask me).

There may have been more people involved, or I may have got completely the wrong idea, but I think that's along the lines of what happened.

Just to let you know, I have no previous experience in animation, and this was done in 5 minutes. I don't know if this is what Aku was referring to, but it's fast blinking in the original sure annoyed the hell out of me. Anyway, we should probably get back on-topic lest Aku's thread be closed!:eek:

<edit> Just wanted to say, the blinking is still a little fast for my tastes but, whatever.

It's more the fact that his eyes shut slowly, but open very rapidly, which is very disconcerting. That and there's no gap between blinks. Horigan's heading in the right direction.
