Okay, my profile.

Name: Shadowmoon
Age: 13
Background: Born on April 4th, Shadowmoon is a young teenager who was born in New york, and was raised by his Mom and Dad.

When he was 9, he went out to buy a game, and when he got back, he saw His Mum and Dad, dead. He called the hospital and his Mum and Dad were tooken there, but died. The hospital said that his Mum and Dad had died of poisoning.

After this, Shadowmoon turned into an angry little boy. He was so angry that he'd go around, smashing car windows, and terrorizing young worms. There was no-one in his family who could look after him.

He was eventually stopped by a police worm, who took him to the Angry little worms care home.

In 2 weeks, he ran away, and burnt down the care home, just by lighting matches everywhere in the home.

Luckily everybody in the care home got out, safe and sound.


Shadowmoon bought a flaming katana from the weapon shop, in New york. He was so desperate to hunt down the person who killed his Mum and Dad.

He searched and searched, but he himself knew that he could never find his Mom and Dads killer.

Then suddenly one day, when he was 11, he looked up at the moon for 10 minutes, and turned into a vampire worm! He had discovered a secret power, that allowed him to turn into a vampire! He could also fly! he flew around New york, sucking blood when he found any worm around. But 2 hours later, he fell from the sky, and was seriously injured!

The hospital found that he had a special disease called moonitis, that from age 11, everytime he looked up at the moon he would turn into a vampire, but it would wear off in 2 hours.

One day, when he looked up at the moon, he turned into a vampire again, and went to a place not far from new york called Craven caves.

He found a nice comfy cave, and decided to live in it.

Everyday, Shadowmoon explores the streets of New york, and also America, to find his Mum and Dads killer.

Likes: Been able to fly, cake, weapons, America, his cave.

Dislikes: Searching everyday for his Mum and Dads Killer.

About 100 character profiles have been posted, so it is pretty hard to include something thats new.untrue. don't have a back-story that involves the death of your parents that sends you into a psychotic rage. that pretty much instantly makes you unique. or ever better: skip the background. it serves no purpose, it's the personality that we care about. if you have a story, present it in comic form

Okay.... so here's how it works, and what it is, exactly.ok, random inclusion of vampirism for no reason and randomly stopping by a shop to pick up a magickal katana as if it's a bottle of tylenol. neither of those things make ANY sense. if you want a flaming sword to be part of your character, that's fine, but if you're going to attempt a serious story at least think it through. if, on the other hand, you want a completely nonsense story (like most of us have), then MAKE it nonsense. check the first page for stories along that lines if need be.

I'll work on a new one now then.

Name: Shadowmoon (Adam)
Age: 13
Background: Born on April 4th, Shadowmoon is a young teenager who is an inventor. He lives in England with his mum and dad. He owns his own lab, which includes all sorts of stuff neeeded for inventing. His lab is gigantic, with over 80 rooms. There's actually 25 bedrooms in there!

He went to school when he was 5, when he was 8, he went to a school where you learned about inventing. He passed the school, in 4 years, and went back to his old school.

Shadowmoon prefers to sleep at his lab, instead of home. He has a flaming katana, which was his first ever invention.

His lab has a lot of rooms in it. It also has a radar that searches for intruders. Shadowmoon invented a radar after he invented his flaming Katana. His radar is fixed onto the entrance. The radar works like this. Fixed into the radar is pictures of Shadowmoons friends, and his family. Any worm that tries to get in, that is not in the pictures fixed into the radar, will automatically disintegrate, due to a laser fixed into the radar, that is boringly named the Disintegrator.

Shadowmoons real name is really Adam, but he is fascinated by the galaxy, so he was automatically named Shadowmoon at the age of 7.

Shadowmoon has invented a jetpack, which allows him to soar through the sky. He's invented a laser, that can turn anything into chocolate, and by shooting the thing thats turned into chocolate again, it turns back to normal!

Shadowmoon has also invented a VOICE 106 Teleport. All you need to do is speak into the speaker, and it takes you there!

For example if you say America, you'll be taken Somewhere in America.

He's also invented a lot of other stuff like the Cow laser, which turns anything into a cow, but by shooting the thing you turned into a cow again, it turns back to normal.

His best invention is the VOICE 106 Teleport.

He also owns a shop, not far from his lab, where he sells his inventions! its fixed with the same radar that he has on his lab.

Shadowmoon also built the lab himself, with the help of Ol Bob, his grandpa, who is great at building. Old Bob bought along some of his builder friends.

Personality: Shadowmoon is actually a very nice worm, but can easily get annoyed. When he is annoyed, he will attack with his flaming katana, which burns people. He takes great interest in inventing.
And if somebody somehow does break into his lab, he really does get annoyed. Shadowmoon is a guy with power, but only uses it when its necessary.

But, when _Kilburn was little, he once idolized a worm(still no idea for the name) because that worm made so many weapons. He was quite amazed looking upon the worm's amazing "pieces". Since then, he asked that worm,"Hello, sir. I really like your weapons. Will you please, teach me how to create those great weapons? I'll do anything, anything just for you to teach me." But, the worm shouted,"I don't teach stupid clumsy worms like you! That's just dumb." _Kilburn suddenly burst into tears, while squirming away. He despised him, and so he tried to make weapons just to be more famous than that crappy imbecile. Since then, he created so many powerful weapons, such as turd-on-a-stick launcher, Cillit Kaboom, and many other weapons.

He is still inspired in tweaking and making many weapons.

Ok, time for a new sigworm.

Name: Badly drawn worm. Alex if you prefer. I don't mind.

Background: As more and more people entered the FanArt forum, it started to get filled with too many pictures of low quality. The moderators had to do something, or there wouldn't be any space for the good entries.

So they did the best solution possible. Drag them all, throw them at a garbage compressor, and throw it to a nuclear power plant's reactor. They never expected it to actually be destroyed, but it actually started doing some flashy lights, and the shape of a worm appeared there. It was an abomination, a mix of all the bad works existing at that moment.

As ThomasP was about to deal a mortal blow with his infraction points, he noticed this being didn't have an account, so all his attempts were in vain. Andrew tryed to stare at him giving that thing a serious look, but it didn't work either, resulting in the thing scaping from there.

"We have created a monster" said Thomas. "No" replyed Andrew. "It was made by wormkind".

As the worm scaped, it was like a very ugly new born abomination, uncoloured, and fastly drawn in paint... The poor thing had nowhere to go. However, he seemed to feel a certain urge to go back to the place where he was created. Not the Nuclear power plant, but the FanArt forum...

As he arrived, he lurked around, trying not to be seen, until he noticed something in particular. His shape changed depending on who he was near to. This led him to the conclusion that... he could alter his shape. Anyways, as a drawing, to do so, he needed materials. This was part of his instincts. So, he just needed INK. And he was on the perfect place for that. He won't be able to be coloured, but that creature is still trying to evolve to a better defined thing.

Personality: Still on developement. Curious and very uncaring, will try to find out why stuff is like that, even if he gets amputated.

Powers:
-He can redraw himself if there's enough of him drawn... and with enough ink.
-He eats ink, even used, with the paper and all, but liquid is his favourite. Yes, I'd call that a power.
-He can draw stuff, and make it come real, but badly drawn. Depending of the complexity, that is.
-He can posses drawings, and walk around in them.

Weapon of choice: He attempts to draw whatever the other person is holding, and use it against them.

Likes: Ink, drawing circles, sausages (reminiscence from his origin), and MSPaint.

Dislikes: Erasers, complex drawings (he gets dismotivated), Flash, and water (if he spends too much time into water, he starts to disolve. Having drinked some varnish prevents him to melt in it for a while)

Others:
-The first time he met Paul.Power, he loved the sausage shape he acquired, but Paul himself was freaked out of him.
-He sometimes can be seen fooling around drawing himself odd faces. He once managed to achieve a badly drawn version of Slick's handsome-mode face.
-As being a creature coming from a two dimensional world, he finds Shockdude (Mr. Game & Worm) a good ally, even though he hardly can achieve his style unless he has too many ink. He's able to become two dimensional like him if he's near.
-He was once seen using office material as weapons, but the staplers didn't give a good advantage.
-If he wants to draw more stuff, he can use his own body as ink, becoming a line with eyes, in minimalistic style. He's extremely weak meanwhile, though.
-If he tryes hard enough, he can achieve a human-like form, even though he doesn't know how to move yet while that. Practice makes perfect.

background: During an especially heated game of Super Smash Bros with is cousin, aku threw his controller to the ground and broke it. in a sudden fit of rage aku decided to get revenge on the poor sap who designed the floor. Aku proceeded out on his new life mission, searching high and low looking for an object hard enough to bash a skull in with, but small enough to carry around. while turning the corner from his house, aku stumbled into a book store of arcane magickal items. while perusing the various gems such as "you are psychic" and "practical psychic self defense", aku noticed a book labelled "Fire of the Soul: How to Create Wanton Havoc with Your Mind in Under 30 Minutes". Aku immediately threw himself at his new bible and began to read. After 47 minutes of reading Aku had mastered the art of creating flame and havoc with his mind and graciously accepted the offer of the shop keep to leave the premises with the book for no charge. Aku then went about completing his life long goal of killing the man who lied in the title of his new book. Aku continues to search, to this day, for the man who grossly misrepresented the time required to master the bending of energy to your will with your mind, thereby wasting more than 15 entire minutes more time than was expected.

personality: completely neutral. doesn't care any more than he has to about anyone or anything. he helps people on a whim and ignore their cries for help just as often. if dragged into a situation where there's a legitimate cause for concern on one side or the other he'll normally help out whichever side he agrees with more, but don't count on that.

weapon of choice: Soul Fire. a flame that uses a little portion of aku's soul to burn. aku can manipulate this into any shape he wants.

likes: video games, squirrels, couches, beds, rock music, sarcasm, teddy glocks and the slow torture of underaged children by slicing off parts of their skin with a salt-covered knife

dislikes: clowns and gorien bots

Well, the thing about futuristic characters is that the comics intended to have them are normally set in the same timeline as they're stuck in.

Sgt. Fusion

Background Story:
Ever since he was a small worm, Sgt. Fusion was interested in technology, so he developed skills in the areas of computer programming and inventing. At the age of 18, he was drafted into his country's army against his will. He became angrier and angrier at this denial of his free will, until he eventually became evil. However, he could not find anyone or anything to take it out on, so he put his energy into inventing weapons (such as the miniaturized thermonuclear missile launcher) and his high-tech helmet.

Likes:Computer programming/hacking, inventing, blowing stuff up, and BLTs.
Dislikes:People using incorrect grammar/spelling, coffee, continuous annoying singing.

Abilities: The eyepiece on his helmet includes a target-finder, and night-vision. His helmet can survive a dynamite blast without damage to his head. It also includes an extendable microphone (not visible in the picture) and headphones, as well as the ability to contact others through radio or satellite uplink. He has also developed a powerful explosive in the form of sticks of dynamite the size of cigars.

Personality: Quiet and withdrawn a lot of the time, often thinks deeply about random things, but is also prone to outbursts of anger when something gets on his nerves. He will become extremely annoyed when someone interrupts him while he is doing something on his computer. He is, strangely, not at all creeped out by dead bodies (except dead birds), but finds them interesting. He is also something of a pyromaniac - that is, he enjoys blowing things up and setting things on fire.

SHOOP DA TIME PARADOX, It's alternate character time... In the same dimension.

Name: Haze
Age: 20-ish, too!
Appearance: Grey straight down hair, a set of red padded leather gloves, and a fabric suit with even more red padded leather. Blood red eyes. They say he comes from a noble family.. But you can't say his life has been too noble.
Background: As the moment Haze was very small, he got the hang of fighting, he always thought it was cool. And he was an ecstatic little worm that jumped around punching stuff. When he got old enough, he joined a worm martial arts training... place.

Needless to say, he always was one of the best. Winning the national championship he gained a special prize all warriors get, when winning the big tournaments. He got an aura stone. The stones vary depend on your temper and style of fighting in the tournament. Haze got the red stone of flames, since he has an aggressive style. You can carry this stone, getting it's powers. You can only remove the powers by removing the stone. Haze hides his under his armor.

Usage of the newfound element aura consists of fighting. Let's take the fire aura for example. When Haze hits a foe, a small ignition happens in the aura, where he leads it into, casting a ball of flames. He can dense his aura on which hand he hits with. The more power he puts into it, the more flames. This flame technique mostly works with his strongest attacks. Also, instead of hitting, Haze can use the metal knots on his glove, and hit on hard stuff like stone, asphalt. As you probably know, there comes sparks from such a collision with hard materials, and then he ignites a big ball of flames.
Personality: Again opposite of JeT, Haze talks too much. He's very cocky and thinks he could beat everybody up, and mostly beats people for fun. Not too violently, though ;) This guy, though, trying to appear intelligent, isn't really. Don't let him fool you! ...Although, that would be impossible. This guy goes straight for the beating in battles, instead of strategy, but still tends to win because of his strength. (He is not immensely stupid, not like a retard that stares around all day, mind you!)
Favorite weapon: The Aluminium buds on his gloves. They work as knuckle irons. Could baff anyone out if they don't have an item to protect them with. And his FLAME TECHNIQUE JUTSU
Favorite everything else: This guy likes beating up. Yes. That, and Playing videogames. Videogames with fighting.
What the absolutely HATES: BEING beat up. He resents it more than anything. Well, also being beat up in a videogame.

Very much thanks! I guess he will play a big role next to JeT in later stuff I'm going to make. He is, after all, his friend. I have plans to spawn a comic when i get a scanner, so he will star as one of the main characters.

New and updated character profile. I've decided to use things that people've been adding to my sigworm. I got the scar from Aku, and the Hair and new jacket from Pyramid. The belts were my idea. My first work that I know of that I scanned AND coloured.

Shadoworm is a freelance evil genius. He's dabbled in it before, but has recently been killed due to massive gravity screw up. He's got a strange desire to excel in physics and engineering, and carries around his pet wrench, Spanny, to fix things in need of a good whacking.

Shadoworm was raised in London. When in doubt, he goes to a bank and gets all of his on-hand cash converted into the currency of the first country he thinks of. This doesn't help, but it gives him something to do. He plays classical music on an electric guitar to pass the time. Needless to say, it sounds horrible.

When in tight situations, he pulls out his 10 pound Canon InnovaBook 360CD. It's got a CD with DOS games on it lodged into the removable disk drive. It only works while plugged in, and isn't powerful enough for the internet, most likely. In any situation where combat in necessary, he can pull out the telephone card and throw it at someone.

Shadoworm doesn't have any particular aptitude for combat, but he can throw things at people with soe seriously good aim when he needs to. He's also got the power of +5 Grammar, and can explode the heads of anyone that still talks like they live in a perpetual text message.


Weapon of Choice: His pet wrench, spanny. It's good for throwing in times of desperation.

What's this? A new profile. It's been years, so it's acceptable. :p
Name: Gardy Loo/Nadir

Age: 15.

Appearance: A worm with a wooden mask with brown gloves. See picture.

Background: Ever since he was a child, Gardy had an unusually deep voice. Whenever he sees and/or hears an epic looking/hearing character on TV or cinema, he would desire to be like them, two of his favourites being the movie trailer voice and Darth Vader. But people don't take him seriously because of his ridiculous name. He even tried changing his name to Nadir, but told that he wasn't old enough to change his name legally. So Gardy went out to the Team 17 forums.
When he sees anyone do anything, he would appear off-screen and use his deep voice to narrate the person's activities (in the third person, of course), even boring things like eating, packing boxes and pooping.
Recently, in an attempt to look more epic, he crudely made a wooden mask and painted a green logo on it. He also got a pair of gloves (see down). Gardy has also tried to get a cape, but he couldn't find anything suitable.
Gardy soon started being in fight scenes, instead of just narrating said fight scenes. When he does, he starts speaking in the first person, and stops sounding epic. He would just be saying ridiculous catchphrases with his deep voice while fighting.

Personality: Gardy likes to narrate people's lives. He always narrates the really small or worthless matters, and adds words to increase the epic-ness. Like when someone gets hit in the head with a rock, he'd say "Upon the unfortunate worm's face, has the rock struck upon. The pain experienced by him was extremely great, shown by his usage of profane words."
However, when he enters combat mode, he talks in the first person and he would get a whole lot less epic-sounding. For example, if he were to throw a rock at someone's face, he'd say "I throw a rock! At your face! You have been OWNED, PROPER" or something along those lines.This is when he would be talking a lot like DeceasedCrab.

Weapons/powers: While buying gloves in an attempt to be more epic, he found a pair that had powerful, convenient abilities. The gloves can somehow use his deep voice and shoot out a shockwave, its power depending on the volume of his voice. It is unexplained how the gloves work. Gardy claims they're midi-chlorians, but it's probably a loudspeaker or a subwoofer or something. How often he uses them depends, he rarely uses them when he's too busy narrating, and uses them a lot when trying to be epic and conduct his own action scenes.

Likes: Darth Vader, movie trailer voice, lava lamps, tropes.

Dislikes: Being called by his real name, Gardy Loo. He prefers to be called Nadir, but most people call him Gardy Loo anyway. He also dislikes many, many animals.

Well, I guess I'll post a Bio. First, if you see me in any netgames, here are my Worms character Bios:

You can find me on Wormnet named "Hello" or "ToastingBuddy" I'd call myself Slash, but for some reason that's censored on Wormnet.

Slash, a former pirate who now is a average leader.
Cyber849: The latest version of the Cybernetic Robo Worm. All the others died.
Sharpshot: A Gunman who is almost always accurate
Twister: A psychopathic worm who often goes into "Last Worm Syndrome" resulting in suicide and sometimes practices friendly fire
Namo: He is a foot soldier.
Konoshiro: A worm of japanese origin who is highly inteligent
Biggs and Roy: Two brothers who strive to protect eachother.

As for me, I was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and moved to Virignia (in america) at a young age. At 5 I was diaganosed with a rare disease called Cystic Fibrosis. Im pretty smart for my age and I'm a whiz with computers. I like watching anime and playing video games.

I found a lot of mary-sue-ish/gary-stu-ish characters in this thread. everyone wants play hero, eh? nothing wrong with that, but some of them are too unrealistic, even for worms. I don't know, how I could charactarize them in a comic, without getting OOC.

I think "Name, Physical Description, alignment" would be just as effective. People rarely consider abilities or weapons, and the personality is always that of the poster.

same goes with personality. sure, most of the time the character's personality is generic and based off of what they themselves do, but some do get considered. pigbuster or me for instance (though I'm a far worse example than pigbuster). normally people just list their personality as a generic "nice guy who does things a little differently and gets looked at funny by others" or some equally generic alternative to that. and as such those are given their poster's personalities directly.

He's lack of facial expressions take the fun that most of the artists likes to usegive us an alternative to draw him as. take the helmet off and give him a face for just while he's walking around. the character seems to me like he'd be some sort of psychotic assassin/mass murderer type, so just give him a normal face to have in normal situations and the helmet that he could be obsessed with or something to use while he's on a mission to kill someone or just while he's in combat or whatever. no need to change the sig, just give us a face to work with. maybe a shirt or other clothes or something if you want.

glasses, shirts, bandanas, backpacks, or any other form of accessory item will add to the image and make the worm more unique and distinctive. right now, if i see a worm with a yellow shirt and a blue S I automatically think of you. just the fuzzy hair, however, and it won't be as obvious.

Normal worm with a red bandana and a hilariously looking nose.

Background: Fell out of the sky into the villages of Terengganu, Malaysia. Found by two friends, Yauhui and Mikhail (villagers fondly address them as "TheFreaks"), and is named after yauhui. Somehow has access to Mikhail's computer and posts on this forum regularly.

Personality: Moronic. Fond of using common household wares as self defense. Cares for the nature, but doesn't do anything to save it. Hobby is drawing crap on Paint.

Has a kind heart, but becomes dangerous when threatened. Weapons are hidden under his bandana, and may strike at any moment.

Suffers from mild constipation problems.

Weapon of Choice: Aerosol sprays, especially disinfectants and pesticides.

Likes: Clean toilets, amusing people.

Dislikes: Being bossed around, having to enter a filthy toilet.

Warning: Harmful when threatened. If spotted angry, do not approach.
