Hello, I hope someone here might be able to help me.

Today I purchased Worms Crazy Golf through steam, but noticed a problem immediately on start up. The game display is far too large for my screen and subsequently only displayed the bottom left hand portion.

The same problem is reported here:

And for worms reloaded also here:

Unfortunate I have been unable for find an solution posted online.

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Have you tried changing the video options in the game? If you can't reach them, try editing or deleting the "local.cfg" in the game folder (Steam\steamapps\common\wormsgolf2010). If there isn't one, editing "Default.cfg" also works, but don't delete that one. For example, adding this at the end:

/W:800
/H:600

Will force the resolution to 800x600. This also works on Worms Reloaded.

Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't try that but I did find a solution.

Another problem I was experiencing was that the windows task bar persisted throughout full screen media. I found out this was due to the me having scaled my desktop icons to 150% (large).

As soon as i changed my desktop scaling back to medium that problem went away, and fortunately so did the worms issue.

Unfortunately now I can't see the icon text on my tv screen when I'm sitting on my couch.

I once had a cut-off issue in Galcon Fusion when I was using Stardock's Window Blinds/Object Desktop to simulate a Win7 UI in WinXP.

Are you by any chance using some program that messes around with the UI or other graphics?
