First of all the levels, sometimes they never change, it would be the construction stage for 20 games, sometimes it would switch to something else. Even though i purchased the battlepack DLC, i never see the newer stages, what gives? I've been playing for roughly 6 months, and i never saw the new multiplayer stages or the new weapons,

Am i doing something wrong? I can clearly see the battlepack logo when i play the game.

Sounds like you are not playing any Warzone games. Try playing some of those games online.
