Played some games online with other people and my friends. The voice chat works and sometimes it does not. When I was playing 3 player, it acted like one person would be muted for 3-7 minutes and then someone else would be muted and the other two could talk. When I played in 4 player game, I was only able to talk to one other person the entire time, then that person's PS3 froze, he left the game and I heard the other person that I was playing with that was still connected. Buggy online, yes? Fun still, yes. Recommend? Still, yes.



The camera needs to follow weapons more accurately.



Sometimes the camera will just tweak out all by itself (I have had the controller out of my hand while the PC makes a decison and the screen tweaks, rare but it has happened.



Need a PARTY system for ease of having friends to join a game.



Need a symbol for when someone is talking so you know who it is! (along with it being fixed all together for 3 and 4 people)



Great game otherwise.

yeah they do check this site its they own forums lol wake up people.

For me the issue that i found so far was on the challenge 9 one worm was just trying to hide (npc) and my game started lagging real bad so please try to see whast up with that the worm was just trying to think and was just waiting for the time to pass by. oh yeah the lag occured while he was in some corner of the map idk if i will see it again but it was clearly annoying the frame rate dropped real bad.

As for the other people request about the ropes yeah please fix it it seem to jam or its not fast enough when u press X right after a zip left or right sometimes you just fall to your death or loose a turn.


ps: sorry about my english i do know i make some errors but i think its not that bad right :p

Been a long time fan of worms fan for the computer. Just got the new release for the PS3 and there are a couple of things i am disappointed with. I'll provide some suggestions here and hopefully the developers will pick it up and release an update:

Bigger Maps
More players per team
Ninja rope dynamics need to be fixed (also allow for consecutive mid air jumps)
Add some good LFE for the explosions (i gotta nice sound system i wanna hear :) )
Don't shake the screen so much under explosions (makes it hard to follow)
More weapons... at least critical stuff like parachute
Add back napalm (nap strike, oil/object explosions)
Allow more control over the levels (E.g water level, sudden death time, etc)
Super sheep... increase turning radius :) it's a little delayed too
Gernades... allow hard/soft bounce config
Add more levels of zoom... zoom in is too close/zoom out is too far
Add more graves
Add more challenges n' such that unlock more weapons/features
Allow user to go back/forward while regenerating map layout(always hated that)
Add more than one song for menu music
Allow use of two controllers for local multiplayer (it may already do this)
When health is low after an attack, show worm panting BEFORE displaying health reduction (makes the wait more exciting)
Swap team names top/bottom based on total health (it may already do this)

What I love about the rope is when you're laying perfectly still along a wall or piece of ground, and you go to drop a mine/nade/etc, just to watch it fling out and fly halfway across the map........

The game also lacks adding people you've gone against online to the "Players Met" list on XMB.

I'd write a full-fledged list on crap I wouldn't mind seeing fixed/adjusted, but I'll just save my breath until we hear word from the devs regarding the status of the software.

The trophy list too is rather poor for this game : only 14 trophies. That would be an easy update to do for team17 along with other corrective measures. I guess new trophy ideas are easy to find!

By the way, there is a trophy for winning a round online only by using grenades. I did it successfully twice and never got this trophy, am i the only one?

Anyway, I agree many things could be added or just improved but it might not be worth for team17 : in another thread i read that Worms 2 Armageddon will be exclusive to Xbox and PC only for some months, so team17 will probably release it on ps3 afterwards...

It looks like Team 17 has already forgotten the PSN version. There focusing all theyre minds on Worms 2: Armageddon for the fricking 360!:mad:
