im getting worms next thursday and i have a few questions

does anyone play this online anymore?

Is this game better then Worms 1?

Does the Physics engine work as well or almost as well as the armageddon engine

Yes, quite a lot actually.

Yes, except for in terms of nostalga.

IIRC, the DS version uses the same physics engine as W:A. The PSP version is different.

Do you mean how long the singleplayer mode lasts for, or how long before you get bored of the game?

It is not the same, but it has more of a similarity than WOW2 PSP.

For your information, this is where the engine for WOW2 DS comes from:

W2 PC --> WA PC (only a few modifications) --> WWP PC (same as WA) --> WWP PS1 --> WWP N-GAGE --> WOW2 DS

So, there is a link, certainly more similar than WOW2 PSP, but it is nowhere near the same. WOW2 PSP's engine comes directly from WOW1:

WOW1 PSP --> WOW2 PSP

i mean like how long till i get bored of it

and what do you guys think of the wow2 engine

i just got really discouraged when i saw that in worms A when you used the concrete donkey the worms got flattened but in wow 2 the worm goes flying from underneath over the senery and into the water

almost nowhere as satasfying as squishing your enemies into the water

and one more thing (sorry for bugging you guys and girls)

the backgrounds look so blurry in the demo but are the backgrounds interactive i noticed that the ships sank depending on how badly i was killing my opponents

Realy? :eek: thats why u have not been online. :( I have gone down a lot of points due to quitters, and loses againts turbot. :( i won turbot and snails in a three last week, but they ere the only points i got. :(

Yeah, a lot of people play but you can only find so many matches a day. I only can find like 10-15 good matches a day.
