I am. I like to create super hard games where all you get is a rope and parachute (+ flag and skipping rope).

kinda hard to win a game like that, isnt it? at least in the ds version, you cant push someone with ropes like you could in WA.

It only annoys when using the jetpack. I try practising the ninja rope with weapons to improve. Using the jetpack isn't skill, using the ninja rope is. Jetpack should only be used when you want to get to a hard to reach spot.

it doesn't annoy its just that it becomes repetitive and tiring when this is all thats used, it could be annoying if there was infinite dynamite as this appears to be most peoples prefered kill method and so people would just use that.

nothing wrong with dynamite as such however i myself am more partial to mines.

I don't. That thing was horribly over-abused.

using rope and dynamite is a quick way of killing, only when infinite i can understand it becomes anoying.

grenades and fire punch are fun too :D

ya only if they are turned on. its not implied that crates are on when you say "only ropes and parachutes". you could use the term shopper to get that point across though.

Thing is, you only get one stick of dynamite and you want to use it to its maximum effectiveness, looking to hit multiple worms or, at the very least, guarantee a kill.

Admittedly it's less skilful than many weapons, but it's all part of the game when you play Intermediate.

plus some other rules.... EG: must attack from rope, cant kill last, must get crate during turn prior to attacking.

Tnt does bother me, simply because i see so many people use it without any planning.

It also not that good used just for damage against a single worm. Its perfectly fine if its used to blow a worm into the water, used to finish off the last worm at 60-65 health, or used against multiple worms.

But just using it first thing without any planning bugs the hell out of me. Its also a sure fire sign that your dealing with an amature.

Still, jetpack donkeys are far more aggrovating, expcially when i loose due to it.

I do have to admit to being a dynamite/jetpack'r, but not because it's the easy way to hit and run, rather since you get a higher yield out of the dynamite when it's placed on the head (the difference between 63 and 55/56 points can be significant). Yes, you could stand on it, rope straight up, and then drop, but it's essentially the same tactic.

And I'll spam the heck out of the banana bomb if I have access to it, simply because it's a guaranteed kill (or multiple kill, in the right situation). But I get annoyed at all the "random" Full Wormage games I get into that I just want to end them, get on to something else. . . and the fastest way to do that (short of suicide) are the donkeys and bananas. This is why I've decided I like shopper (though I could stand for a few more crate drops than the game gives), since it really mixes up tactics. Got a donkey? Great, but better if you can lure your opponent into an effective column.

One other thing, while I'm thinking about it: not all quitters truly quitting. For example, I played a long string of games against one person (HuiLin) and at first I thought he kept quitting when losing, until in two separate matches (one he was winning) he surrendered right when he was about to perform an attack. . . and you could see the care taken in aiming/positioning/etc. . . I think he had a network problem similar to what I had before I'd upgraded my router's firmware, and I'll bet he doesn't realize it since, unless he's tracking his disconnect stats, it'll look to him like *I'm* surrendering (but my stats aren't increasing). Yes, it's still annoying to have someone bail out of game that's going your way, but it's not always going to be because they're sore losers.
