Is game sharing on Worms Open Warfare 2 possible?
I've seen nothing about it on the booklet or anywhere, but in the game options there is a tab for game sharing, unfortunately you are unable to click it.
Any help is appreciated.

Last time I checked, only the PSP has a feature called "game sharing" :p

You can, in fact, send a demo of the game using the DS version. "Game Sharing" is a bit of a vague descriptive term, to be honest.

Let's say I have Worms Open Warfare 2 and my friend doesn't.
Would I be able to use the game sharing feature to play a match with him?
(We both have a PSP)

Yes, you will.

I tested the game sharing feature today, it's a real let down..
I wasn't able to play a match with my friend, all it did was send him a demo of the game, which is also available for download on the Sony website.

That's not as efficient and quite a hassle.

Now, had Sony had the foresight to make it lightweight and portable, things would be different.

(I have no idea if I'm mocking wormies or Sony now.)

What is your response supposed to mean? It doesn't make sense in context.

Oh no it doesn't.

Let me clarify the bit that doesn't make any bloody sense:

This turned into quite a spam thread.
Thing I was really focused on is the pointlessness of the whole game sharing concept. All I am able to do is to give my friend a demo, which is easily acquirable by other means.
About the "Long-time forumites", it's quite sad that you don't remember me, really, I've signed up around 3 years ago I believe. I just forgot all about this forum and moved on to a different game. The fan art section, which was my favorite seems to really be dying, and isn't of much interest to me now.
Although I have to say, I don't know what that comic is about, it amused me though, well done.

Although I have to say, I don't know what that comic is about, it amused me though, well done.It links back to when people were complaining that the console versions of Worms only supported one controller, which had to be passed around. Personally I think this is a quibble over nothing, passing the controller around (or moving in and out of the hot seat) being part of the whole social experience of Worms. Exactly the same basic problem with people complaining about the limited nature of disc-sharing. If you only have one copy of the game, just use one handheld and pass it around.
