Anyone else having this problem?

Everytime i try to connect ot wormnet on the PSP using wireless router (1 of two possible connections a BT hub or the Wifi max dongle) both times i get an error saying that i cannot connect to wormnet.

Is it just me?

Any hints?

Does the PSP's connection test come up ok? Can you use the web browser just fine?

Check your routers for the following:

Is UDP and TCP traffic on allowed ports 3074 and 3075?

Is UDP traffic allowed on ports 3076 to 3174 inclusive?

Does turning UPnP off on the router make a difference?

How do u find this UPnP?
It is possibly an option in your router. Go to your router's setup page (usually accessible by typing your gateway IP into your web browser (find this by doing start, run, type cmd and hit OK, type ipconfig and hit enter, your gateway IP is displayed there)), and find a UPnP or Universal Plug 'n' Play option. You will more thatn likely need to type a password (find the default password in your router's manual).

I'm not sure how to get on to my router set up page. I get little icons at the bottom right of the screen, i clicked on the router one and it comes up with how many packets are being sent and received. it's complicated to me.

My SSID is about 90 and it works fine. It connects to wormnet and signs in ok. Try sitting a little further away from the router, if this does not work then ask Parsley for more information.
