I recently purchased the PSP version of Worms: Open Warfare 2, and am pleased to say I have not put another game in the PSP since.

The gameplay is great for a handheld, and it far exceeds what the DS could do performance wise. In fact, I am playing right now.

The goods:
Better performance overall over the DS version when it came to having the full roster of worms on screen and it also seems to handle physics calculations [explosions] as well as the visual effects more smoothly.
A wide array of unique weapons that for the most part added to the wormy experience.
AI that despite having godly skills with the Bazooka and grenades that was still fun to play against.
An impressive level editor well-stocked with many features that were missed in the previous Worms games.

The bad:

AI is clumsy, unable to use Homing Missiles or Ninja rope at all. Often suicide dives in order to get off of a high ledge.
Loss of the fire-based weapons that were great assets in the other worms games. Though it was understandable to cut it in the DS version due to limited processing power, the PSP I think was more than capable of handling the napalm strikes and petrol bombs. Some people consider the Napalm/petrol to be cheap weapons, but they were great in the sense that they could be used to turn any slope into a deathslide into the drink.
Loss of the baseball bat which was a great and stylish round-ender. There was nothing like knocking the enemy's last worm outta the park.

As you all can see, the bad list is quite limited for the PSP version, if any one has any good ones that should be added to bad or good, please submit so the devs can have a list to see what they did right and wrong based on the fans' opinions. Maybe the Devs will use our suggestions to shape the next handheld Worms release. Please, no bull**** about people quitting multiplayer matches or that slightly misaligned cross hair for the ninja rope here.

It'd also be cool [incredibly cool but unlikely] if a patch to fix the details could be released, and possibly added to the new copies of the game.

The PSP AI can use the rope but it doesn't use it very often. I don't know about the homing missile.
