If it's the DS version, then it's easy. Just kill all the other worms without getting your worm killed. :D

You have a lot of weapons (some very powerful), lots of places to hide, low gravity (so you can jump far), and even some health that you can pick up, so it really shouldn't be a big problem. Keep practicing if you can't beat this; that's all I can say.
