Although I don't have the game yet, I'd say all them flags from that thread is nice. :)

analD's is my favorite one there. It's like a worm version of Mr. Sparkle. And for the PSP, I go with Mr. Right's. Very nice work on that one.

My least favorite flag was some flag of poo with a smiley face (not Mr. Hankey though). It was some Korean guy (since the time zone's the same, I get a lot of Koreans). Also, the guy seemed to want to add personality to his worms by moving back and forth very quickly at the start of each turn. It was more annoying than anything else. Pretty good player otherwise though.

Most people I play have good flags, someone had this awesome Pheonix (The bird, not the lawyer), and another I remember was a stick of dynamite with a lightning bolt through it.

No, if yours is a Union Jack, then it wasn't you, unless at one time you've used a picture of human excrement with a face on it as your flag and you have [Kr] after your username.

You have to go to Profile and edit flag. If you created a flag for a specific team then you will have to recreate it in the profile section since there is no official way to transfer it over.

PSP version:
Your profile flag is saved to your profile and you can upload it to WormNet. It is odd that you can't copy individual team flags to your profile/online flag.

As far as I can see, that isn't an option on the PSP version. There is no option to load a saved flag from a list. There is an edit flag option for each team and an edit flag option for your profile (it edits a different saved flag for each team and profile).

Remember that you may be asking questions about something that I've not looked at for months.

Online flags were put in sometime autumn 2006. They worked. QA didn't find any problems. I've had no reason to revisit that functionality and, after 12 months or so, it's not surprising that I can't remember everything about how they work, let alone how they can be used.

So, sometimes I can only make suggestions.

Nasty player though. He/she stopped with the moving back and forth thing and completely dominated me for four rounds. Oh, they were close rounds, but maybe some of you know what it feels like to have a close round where you're still dominated. He/she was always one step ahead of me, even on the Buffalo, truth be told (it only killed one worm, even though two were completely open until the turn I fired it off). The only reason I survived his/her insane darksiding in the fourth round was due to the use of a Buffalo.

I think the best is Splapp's. Worm with Knife in his head.

Can you transfer a profile flag to your team though? Or can't you transfer both ways?

Custom flags are created for a specific profile or team and you can't transfer from one to the other.

I noticed the downloadable content lets you add Team17's flags to either a specific team or your profile. If Team17 ever puts some user made flags up as downloadable content then you could transfer it to any profile/team.

There doesn't appear to be a way to download and install flags from other profiles. You can view their flag and download their shared schemes/landscapes but you can't steal their flag.
