I too have been distressed many times this week by people dropping out of games, affecting my online percentage and wasting my time in one fell swoop. However, I've decided to be pro-active and try to combat this rather annoying trend myself. So, firstly, I created my own scheme - based, I think on the easy scheme - but I will probably redo it to be more like the intermediate type scheme soon. I have the amount of rounds to win set at 1...seems to work better, especially if the quitters haven't paid attention to the length of the game before joining. Secondly, I have edited one of my online chats to something like "If u r a quitter, leave now!" - I will say this in the lobby before the game even starts...haven't tried it yet, but I hope it will reduce even more the number of quitters that want to play with me. Third, and finally, if someone quits on me and it's obvious they're doing so because I am slaughtering them, or they have just screwed something up bad...I head straight to the appropriate menu and block them. That way I know who not to play against! I'm hoping that this will help get rid of those nasty little quitters...if they're all blocked how can they play?? If someone quits on you, BLOCK them!!!

One final thing, I HAVE had a couple of problems with the cross hair on the shotgun at times...any chance of a patch Team17? I don't know enough about the technology involved to know if it's even possible, but here's hoping.

Yeah, I found it once by a fluke and then completely forgot where it was!!! Then I remembered...yay!! Okay, go to main menu - click profile - edit profile - customize chat - click on any of the pre-made chat lines - and away you go!!! Be sure to scroll down and hit the "Apply changes and exit" instead of just backing out of the edit profile screen. Also, if you're online when you do this you can go to the flag editor, design what you want and upload it to your online team...sweet!

I second this notion... but there's less joy for DS owners... but there are less quitters too!
