Ok, so on the game (PSP version) on Puzzle 3, there's this target on this block of land, but because of the wind, I can't blow it up. I know that it isn't in the Mission Objectives, but I can tell that once I hit it, something'll happen. So how do I blow it up?

That target is there has a hint on where to aim.

People new to the game might not know about the wind effects.
So when they try to hit the target they'll actual hit the worm (more or less).

As I haven't played this puzzle with the PSP version, I don't know if you can or can not hit the targets. It is possible with the DS version to hit them. (Still, nothing special will happen. ;) )

Oh well...
