Does the Bunker Buster go all the way through the environment to the water, or does it explode if it comes across a gap in the land or something?

yeah , it will probaly act like the moles in W:A , except it drops straight down

I think it hits like a normal airstrike but leaves a giant crater. it's good for darksiders

It continues to dig straight down until you hit a worm, then... boom!

It will explode if there is a gap or if it hits a worm but if there is just solid land, it seems to keep digging until it hits bottom. You can't just hide deep underground anymore, you have to protect yourself with magnets, girders and landscape with lots of gaps.

The bunker buster will dig through a set maximum amount of land. Time spent falling through empty space does not count towards this limit. The bunker buster explodes when this limit is reached. Of course, the bunker buster also explodes when it hits a worm or an oil drum.

It sounds like there's no use for a blow torch or drill when your enemy has one of these bombs. this gives me ideas... *insert grin here*
