That's because you're playing against a computer, and not a real person. :) The computer can hit wherever it wants, depending on what kind of AI team you're playing against. The hardest AI team is really good - that's why their bullet's always hit.

You can do that to if you practise enough. It hard but not impossible.

Is it really homing? try this test:

1. change the scheme to only bazookas

2. Go into an enclosed area (cave)

3. Let him fire at ya

finally: if he misses, its not homing (unless the wind is goin at ya)
