One of the really neat things about Worms Mayhem is the customisation of your team of worms. Team17 put some neat character sets into the game (like Alien, Terminator, and Frankenstein); however with a little bit of thought and creativity, there are quite a few additional character sets that can be created.

What I mean, is that by combining a few specific accessories creatively in a particular way, you can transform the worm a different personality or character. I am going to post a database of unique characters examples that I've thought up here, as ideas for other for others to use. A unique character set to be posted here is not a hodgepodge of random accessories with no method to the madness (something like Bishop hat, with pirate hands, the wise man mustache, and nerd glasses).

Oh, and I plan on putting the easily created character sets here too, something like the pirate or the alien. So while some of these ideas will be obvious, they will be included just for reference.

One last thing, I will sometimes be using five accessories to make the character (with the fifth being the weapon accessory... an example of this being "The Cannibal"). A lot of my sets will also be references to films and pop culture (like my first inclusion here). So enjoy (and post your thoughts).

Probably not, strictly, but the first account hasn't been banned, and it's fairly clear they're the same person, and it's not being used maliciously... I don't see any harm in it.

The cannibal is holding a foot (Yes, I know, that technically it isn't a cannibal because the cannibal would be eating a worm, but you get the idea).

Multiple accounts aren't allowed on the forum, and I can't see a problem with posting more than one attachment in one post. You will only get links, but people can still view them. And, it'll help to make this thread more friendly for dialup users, and there won't be as much strain on the Team17 servers.

I think its what you put on the face and eyes that change the worms personality, the head and hands are jut extra's.

What I mean is: if you give a worm a different hat, its still the same, just with a different hat, change his moustache and eyes, and it looks like a completely different person.

I think they can contribute. I mean, if you put a brown cowboy hat on The Mad Scientist up there, you'd have something more like Indiana Jones' dad.

Did you read my whole thread? I did a punk worm, and check out post #38, I already did a gender confused worm (I have a gay worm that I haven't posted yet though). Graves are unnecessary for this thread because I'm sure you can figure which thread best goes with the worm.

I think the punk glasses are fine. I was going for a 1980s punk, like one that you might have seen in "Return of the Living Dead." Kinda like geek and punk at the same time.

This thread is to post Worms costumes.

That being said, "The rabble" isn't a costume... it is just a worm accessory combination named after yourself.

I would say the same for psyke, but I think his is a costume (one that I rather like). It (motherbord worm) reminds me of guys that I see in the computer cafes playing counterstrike and WOW....

I am going to call psyke's the "Compusive videogamer," I actually like his better than my "Teh 1337 Ubergamer" (maybe I should include 2)!

jb, I'm surprised you didn't make a Pilot worm, so I went ahead and made one. And yes, he is sitting on a helicopter.

I like the pilot. It works well by bringing together the various accessories to create a costume.

Go in to your codmaster file then open the data file then open the tweak file, then look for this weaptweak and open it whith notepad and have a look.

couldn't figure out tweaks but thanks anyway, i maneged to do 11 shots, here is one of them, the worm also has brown cowboy gloves [not pictured] it is, the agent [version 2 as there was a mission with agents in it] has secret agent voice.

yes, but I mean REAL pirates. they look like that. my main team is usually ED Agency, but Pengwinners sometimes get my vote rather than ED Agency. I disagree, I really like the Mario one... It shows good combination of accessories (especially with the glove).

No, i swapped "HealthCrate.xom" with another hat. _Kilburn did something similar, but with the "Sheep.xom", what if i use the Concrete Donkey??? :eek:

Just the Moustache and the gloves, well, the hat is just dumb. I choosed it because it was the only red hat. But there is missing the "M" and the suit. :(
