It's the backwards camoflague cap with the stealth goggles on top.
If you don't know how to change postions of the helmets and such, just press the left and right buttons just after selecting them.

I like the Covert Ops and the Gangster most. But the others are nice too.

My own team, Holland, has the marine helmet, night sight glasses, wise man moustache and spaceman grey gloves. Really makes the worm look like a paratrooper.

How to Make A Kitten Hat:

First off let's just say it doesn't really work as a hat the way I'm about to tell you. They're are a few objects and other things that work well however.

1.) Make a backup of the Kitten Object. (Weapons/Custom - object_kitten.xom)

2.) Make a backup of whatever hat you want to overwrite. (Personally Cyborg is ugly, got my vote for deletion) [Data/Character/Some Hat]

3.) Make another copy of the kitten. Name this kitten file after the hat you backed-up.

4.) Place this file in your [Data/Character] file.

5.) You have a kitten for a hat.

Things that do look good as a hat:
Sheep
Redbull (Icarus Potion) Wings

You can also edit WormsAttachments.xml. In the first lines, look for the hat you want to modify (WXFE.A.Hat.Afro for example), then search for a second occurence in the file. Scroll down a little, and you will find a line which looks like "<MeshID>Hat.Afro</MeshID>".
Replace Hat.Afro by Factory.Proj.Kitten and you are done.

This way, you don't really lose a model, and you can even add hats instead of replacing them, if you are smart enough to understand how XML tweaks work.
If you are curious enough to scroll down a little more, you will also figure out that you can customize the size, position, and rotation of your hat.
Not sure if this works online though.

In order to have a cap backwards, you just press the left or right keys on your keyboard (English). I don't know where you live or what kind of keyboard you have but to switch hats to the other side just press the left or right key. (The Arrowed) Not your Worm movement keys.

You can unlock new weapons, new hair styles, new gloves, new stages, etc. to playing in campaign mode, stor mode, etc. you will gain coins when you complete levels.Then you go to item shop from main menu and chose what do you want.But if you have not enough coins you can not buy an item.And you can not sell bought items.The last you haven't got any lucky for see the item before buy.
