The most noticable thing there is that you made the folds in the base distinguishable by a black line, yet you didn't for the rest of the building.

You really need to add more texture to the grass and water. At the moment the dots are repetitive - it needs to look really random. This is actually harder to do than it sounds.

the base of the car should be at 22.5 degrees, not 45.

Idunno, it's a pretty good picture, that. Assuming it's supposed to be at that angle. I think you have to give it the benefit of the doubt. Otherwise you could assume it's supposed to be a boat, then it's rubbish.

I can see where the faults are quite easily. It's not too difficult, especially if the line is only 1 pixel thick.

Yeah I guess they arent that hard to spot

The car looks slightly wrong if you were aiming for isometric. You should do what you did with the building - The front edge of the car goes along one pixel and up one pixel each time. It should go along 2 pixels and up 1 - It's the same method as doing the 2 sides of the building.
