When I claimed the 20 credits from the Christmas e-mail, the text had loads of garbage characters after the 20

Just to confirm - Everyone who was already a signed-up beta tester before yesterday afternoon (uk time) was being sent the email with the link to free credits :)

Yes, I have...but I think that maybe the e-mail could be deleted without me seeing it, 'cause I wasn't accessing my e-mail for about a week .-.

You cant claim it like that.. My GF also didn't got it, we both checked her mail, so I sent her my link, but there was "sorry, you've already claimed this reward" message

I think I know what the problem is. With every game it asks your E-mail address and you can put it on anon@hotmail.com, or something like that. I normaly change that so that would explain why I didn't got it.

Probably it's the same with you guys!

I was wondering that the link was one for everybody, but wich redirects for your own acc ;/

Hi fellas. It's true you need a valid email address associated with your Facebook account in order to receive this (surely that should be the case for all Facebook accounts anyway?!)

Also, it seems some existing Beta Testers did not get sent the email due to a server error. We're really sorry about this. This has been rectified and the server is currently sending the email out to all players who were missed out the first time :)

And you are right that you cannot share your email link with others... it is linked to your own player account. This means that if someone else sees your email before you do, and they click the link, they simply get YOU the reward ;)
