View Full Version : New aim is too big

I think that the idea of the new aim was great, but sometimes it dos not help, since it is larger than the last one. I was playing an online match another day and I tryed to hide from de airstrikes by positioning my worm under some terrain, and shoot a grenade to hit the other player, and I couldn't know for sure if it was going to hit the terrain or it would rise as much as I want. My point is, the large aim make us get a little loss of space while shooting, and sometimes is hard to say if it will pass or not through a little gap or not.
Another thing that I've noticed is that sometimes the enemy bot worms are shooting the shotgun real close to the ground, and sometimes it seems that they are shoting through it, but they are still doing the max 25 per hit, don't know if it's a bug or if it's just the perception of the big aim, that's why I have posted it here as well.

I personally have nothing against the new aim. The only thing I dislike in it is the color of the power bar. The variation of green, yellow and red used in the bar before seems to have a better appearance than the monochromatic used in the new one.

Just to let you guys know, the new aim is based on the aim in Worms Revolution. We're trying to unify things like that between all the Worms game, so it won't be changing any time soon. :)

Great ideia for unifying the games, but I think that it could be a little bit smaller, this way we know if the shoot will hit a corner in the land or not ^^
By the way, the aim of the AI is a bit stupid, I mean, they are VERY VERY good now!! They almost don't miss and it becomes a little hard to win, but the game is greater now! =]]

Ah ok, I see what you're saying. I'll pass this on to the artists and see what they say. Cheers!
