Hello Everyone,

I have been playing on my worms game for a while now and feel confident that I wont be a complete noob online!

I connected to wi-fi for the first time and all went well (had to update wii in the process).

I then enter worms and click nintendo wi-fi connection.

It tells me its connecting and up comes the menu.

I select Quick play and deathmatch.

Now it just says seaching for games...

The first time i let it search for 15 minutes and nothing. Have tried it many time since and it does not budge from that screen.

I can check the leaderboards no problem.

Any ideas?

Hi everyone,

I am guessing by the number of views and no responses that no one has a clue.

I thought i might have a problem with my router etc, but called my ISP and they told me that everything was fine and opened the correct ports etc.

I then tried to play Mario Kart online and it worked.

So, my questions now is: are there any online Worms Battle Island players?

No matter what I try and search for (quick play, deathmatch, serious worms etc..) I just get the screen searching for players and it never goes beyond that.

I am starting to think that nobody is out there! If the person reading this does play online, could you tell me what you click on? Quick play? Serious worms? etc..

Or should I just buy the worms space oddity and hope there are players online?

I really enjoy this game, but am fed up with crushing the computer.

and the only mode people play on is death match. try playing during the day, thats when I play, its hard to find matches

Got my first hit half an hour a go!

It was a really fun game too. Its a shame that there are not a lot of people playing worms. Its such a great game.

Well, at least I know it not my game now. Will just sit here an await players. Trouble is, if it searches for too long i get this message:

error 86420 communication error... ertc

and it disconects the wifi.

Does anyone experience this?
