Yes, it's there. When the other DLCs released I couldn't instantly use them either but in the shop it said I owned them, which is not the case this time around. Should I be worried or is it not supposed to be out yet?

I had to restart Steam for the other DLC's to take effect when they were released. They would have their own store page though, I don't see one for Medieval Tales (yet).

Same for me about restarting Steam but it doesn't work here. Perhaps it's just not properly out yet, considering you don't even have access to the store page yet.

Medieval Tales is now available on the Steam store, can all those who said they can't see it please try again as I know it got added quite late (people were saying three hours ago it still wasn't there) but I'm not sure precisely what time it started appearing. If you have any issues then please let me know.


The DLC currently isn't showing on Xbox 360 - we're in the process of sorting that out now.
UPDATE: Xbox 360 version should be appearing later today

its still not showing up in game for me... and i have the season pass.... i have restarted steam AND checked the integrity of local files in case something didn't get downloaded correctly but still not showing up for me in game, everytime i restart steam and try again, it keeps running through the first time setup installation stuff for microsoft directX redlist package check

I got the same problem, The dlc isn't even showing in my downloadable content, I'm really disappointed, I actually tried to purchase it even if I owned the season pass and it worked, my season pass is just useless, thanks for letting me know

I'm just shocked, should I ask for a refund ?? or should I even keep caring about this game...

:confused: So, I know my SeasonPass situation is rather confusing: it doesn't appear on Steam as actually owned (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showpost.php?p=782473&postcount=4), but it did seem to work with both the Funfair DLC and the Mars DLC (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showpost.php?p=783487&postcount=13) - however, it is not working for this DLC now... :( The store doesn't say I own it, and checking the "View Downloadable Content" option, it isn't there either. Needless is to say, I cannot access it in the game, either... :(

I hope it gets resolved soon... :(

Same here, I own the season pass but the store page doesn't say I own it. I also can't find the page for the Medieval Tales DLC when I search the Steam store, but I can see it when I click thurbo's link. Although when I launch the game it says ver #90.

It was due to be released, we're currently awaiting a response back from Microsoft as they said it should be live soon.

We should be okay, this appears to be everyone with the Season Pass as opposed to the issue we fixed in patch released on the 09/11/12 as that was only affecting a small amount of those who had the DLC rather than all.

I'm still awaiting a response from Steam due to the time difference in locations of both our offices, please bear with us and I should be able to update you guys soon hopefully.

Love the Medieval theme, the background and the music give me a Worms 4 Mayhem-ish vibe... :p Also love the new voices and hats, but I did notice Heavy's head can clip through the green Robin Hood hat at times...

Also, I took the opportunity to take one mission, and wow, guys! Fantastic job! Again, it reminded me of Worms 4, the way it worked - personally, I prefer it to the "here's a landscape and a bunch of worms, go kill them" the missions are... ;) Although, I noticed i didn't get any coins for a gold medal :( Is it supposed to not give you any?

The missions are pretty poor quality. They remind me of the training missions at first, and now they're more like challenges than missions, kill only using shotguns etc. It's not very imaginative at all, sorry to say.

Nor are they any challenge whatsoever..

I began the new missions from Medieval Tales.

I only did the first 2, and I shall say it's quite boring to feel like you're treated like a beginner again. Basically, you walk, jump, kill (one shot) enemies that could barely - or not at all - retaliate.

The talking worms telling a little story are a nice idea. But, as a suggestion, take into consideration that people playing the DLC missions have most likely already play a lot. We don't need tutorials anymore ;)

It doesn't lessen the game quality - which I adore - but this DLC is the first to disappoint me (a little).

Funfair puzzles were great, and Mars missions were pretty hard ! From the start.
And of course they brang new weapons...

That, or he somehow managed to start the game and play with you without getting the latest Worms Revolution updates which included the DLC contents. Anyhow, anyone should be able to play the DLC when the host got it, normally.

Mars and Medieval are two different DLCs. If your friend's game is up to date, try verifying its caches to make sure the Medieval DLC is properly installed.

i have to admit, just a little disappointed with this one, i was expecting the bow and arrow weapon with this theme, and the background just has no animation going on in it at all, no knights jousting in the background or anything of the kind at all, apart from the water its almost just a still picture.... I like the terrain and the other customizations and stuff but the background just is no where near! upto par on the other themes at all, definitely feels a bit rushed.. 5/10 i'd give this one sadly..

I didn't expect anyone to take that seriously. Serious advice is to check for updates and whether the files are corrupted. DLC content is saved in the "DLC" and "AudioExtra" folders, by the way. If your friend is missing the "DLC_Quest" files he won't be able to access that content, obviously.

I'm currently attempting the last mission of Medieval Tales.

It took me a while, juste because... I had no desire at all to play them. The bad feeling of boringness I had with the 2 first missions is not just there in the beginning. There are 2 good missions out of 10 : number 7 and 10, this last one being an awesome puzzle.

All remaining 8 are just filled with ennemies with no more than 50 HP, and you have infinite shotgun. In addition as they won't move AT ALL or retaliate, don't worry too much... at moments, maps looked like they would be difficult and interesting, with lots of turrets to deal with. But don't worry either ! Just go near them, and a wizard will blow them away.

There's not the slightest amount of challenge in that DLC, and that's weird to understand.

Well, the last update being awesome (the 8 worms and customisation possibilities) let's just hope this Medieval Tales was an accident.

Hi! I can't beat the last mission in DLC Medieval Tales. I managed to throw down the horse shoe with a mine, but at the next step there is a bug (?). I place a mine next to the first flame box, but at the next turn the mine gets at the second flame box yet... If I detonate it, there aren't enough time to get back to cover from the second flame flacon and my worm dies... Could you help me how to beat this part of this mission?
