Can we have an option to sell, trade, and/or gift anything in our inventories?

For example, I would like to gift a newbie friend some spare weapons to help them get started...
Or, I may be overstocked in one item and a friend may be overstocked in another, and we would like to make a fair trade...
OR.. I'm ovestocked and I would just like to straight up sell some of my stock to someone for a decent price, or maybe I have some extra pieces for my island I don't plan on using anymore and I would like to sell/gift/trade them to a friend...

Can we do this? Pleeeaaaassse...

Whilst it is a cool idea, we do not have plans to put this in game at this current time.
