woooo sweet !! I 2nd the limited customization, just being 1 thing is not good... i wanna wear hats with glasses for example... kinda silly the way its setup right now

Thanks for the update on that issue, I can understand that some of the things overlap eachother and might cause some graphical glitches or something, but having the option would still be nice, and the the things that dont match up together, we just simply wont match up together... so please still consider doing this...

And this is why I hate paid-for DLC, why should we have to pay for:

All of these were in previous games completely free of charge, so why do we have to pay for them in Revolution? It doesn't make sense, mind you, paid-for DLC doesn't either but we still get that.

I havn't even played through the campaign yet because of the borked shadows, can we not get a patch before dlc?

Yeah , giving the AI multiple accessories is just taunting us I actually thought until now that it was a feature I hadn't unlocked yet . :( Why else would you give us the bowler hat AND the Chaplin mustache .

On Steam you have the Season Pass version and you have the normal one including the "level editor".

I think there is some confusion or something though, doesn't seem to make sense. Although I think the Season Pass makes it worth more, and also if you have the "level editor" that would make it worth more. And for PS3 you don't have the "level editor".

The prices depend on the platform and how their individual pricing system works. For example Steam has two Euro zones etc.

We've tried to get it as close as possible against all platforms.

I believe it is saying that because there still isn't any DLC available via Steam yet. It will go live today but it depends on when Steam update their store, which I think should be within a few hours time.

If you already have the Season Pass then you'll get the Funfair DLC for free when it goes live.

I really wish Team17 would reconsider this. Even Ultimate Mayhem supports wearing hats & glasses at the same time. Overlapping is not a big issue. I wanted to wear sunglasses and a bandana to make my worms look like bad asses D: Please think about it!

Here's a good way to see it: there are so many people whining about the rope, so are players really going to bash the game just because some combinations of accessories clip with each other?

The whole accessories thing doesn't really make sense anyway, no one in their right mind would equip mustaches alone since hats are way more flashy and noticeable. Yet the game features a large selection of mustaches. But if you're not supposed to wear more than one accessory at once, what's the point? I'd have understood if instead of separate hats/glasses/mustaches, you had costumes which would include accessories that fit well together (and even then it would be really lame because it would severely limit customization). But nope, there is a head, eyes and mouth slot for each team and the singleplayer missions clearly demonstrate it. The only thing that's preventing us from equipping more than one accessory is the user interface.

So yeah, I still think Worms Revolution is awesome but it's a real shame that such a technical performance is being tarnished by weird as hell decisions such as those.
Honestly if the reason for 4 worms per team and 1 accessory only is performance, the game already runs at a terrible framerate on less than average setups, it is pretty clearly destined for high end systems, at this point you might as well remove all hats altogether and no one would notice a framerate increase.
If that's for aesthetic reasons, then, really, no one cares. Players love toying around with anything that looks weird or unusual, no one's going to throw a scandal because they just encountered a team with a scandalous sense of fashion.

It's for aesthetic reasons as stated, and yup, no one cares. Glasses clipping with a hat is less annoying than not having the ability to wear both at a time.

I actually was not expecting this KIND of dlc, I shouldn't have bought worms revolution big mistake on my side. I mean the game is now literally pay to win. I think i'll ask steam support for a refund...

They said from the beginning the DLC would work this way, it's not like they were hiding anything. And they give you the option to buy all DLC in one package. You get lots of content in the original game without purchasing the DLC so I don't understand why you were not expecting it.

This. so it's not actually pay to win. Because you still both get to use the same weapons when you are in a match with DLC enabled players, but NOT when you play alone/ locally.

How is it pay to win? If you join a game that is hosted by someone who owns the DLC then you will gain access to all the DLC features too!

Dont be silly, of course its not pay-to-win... pay to win is supposed to give you an advantage, there is no advantage gain here of anyone else who doesn't own the DLC, as everyone who plays on the DLC levels or with the DLC weapons gets them, weither you own it or not... This was made BOLDLY CLEAR before launch on some 30 websites about the DLCs and that there would be at least 1 dlc at launch...

With that in mind (and considering it's not pay-to-win as every player will have access to the same content online), you are given the choice to buy the basic content or everything altogether, or seperately. With the cheapest method to recieve all content the game roughly costs $28 ($30?).

It's a different marketing strategy (times change and the video industry changes) and I guess it's acceptable as long as it's not pay-to-win nor overpriced.

Exactly, I remember when all console games were $50-60+ (ps1/n64 days) and those games didn't even have online multiplayer. Times have changed since then and we can either accept it or not.

Ok, so I downloaded the Funfair pack on Xbox Live, but when I boot up the game it's nowhere to be found! I rebooted the game, the 360, and nothing appears in the menu's or in the customisation. Not the new weapons, not the new theme, not the new puzzles. I checked XBL again, it says I downloaded it.

How do I get acces to them??

But it is online. Maybe you try it again in this way. Go to the Store, search for Worms Revolution. Than open the the page (in don´t know the right word for it) where you can buy Worms Revolution and then it is under the normal game...
