I suggest adding wormsfacebook.team17.com to the microsoft's white list. It's the list which allows whitelisted domains to load the Flash player plugin in the Modern (tile fullscreen) version of IE 10 (they probably did the list because of security concerns).

There's an option called "DebugDomain" which allows one specified domain to locally work for tests, I tested it and the game runs fine :D
