View Full Version : Graphical Glitch/Problem
Hi.
I'm having this issue with square shapes all over the place that shouldn't be there:
Video 1 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJ3DQJMTTLM)
Video 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3awk6X-jgw)
And here's how water looks for me:

Water and other texture objects looks like this when the map zoomed like this. But when it's maximun or minimum zoomed it looks better. Why?
dear Team17, I'm a big fan of worms and I`m looking forward to play the game for a long time, please do smth =(
I'm no expert but, do you have some kind of same issue in other games?
Could be graphics card issue.

Hi MerdeK, sorry to hear you're having graphics issues. I've just edited your post to include a link to that image instead as it was rather large for the forums, thanks for the images though - that helps a lot.
Have you tried updating your drivers? If you have and this does not work can you please email support@team17.com, drop them that picture and your DxDiag and just copy and paste the issue you are having and we'll look into it for you.
To get your DirectX info:
1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
2. The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
3. Click OK
4. Click Save All Information
5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
7. Attach the DXdiag.txt file in an email to support@team17.com

I have this same problem. Should I send my Dxdiag.txt file over too?
MerdeK, what graphics card are you using? I'm using an ATI Radeon HD 3800, OS is Windows XP.

Yes please, have you tried updating you drivers?
If you can just copy and paste your problem into the email as well as including your DxDiag so that our support team know what the email is in relation too. Thank you!

ATI Radeon HD 3600, Windows 7. I have updated my drivers as quick as I found the glich. Hmm... Seems like it`s kinda ATI problem... Hope it got fixed. Also my FPS is low, which is strange as well :(

Actually, Radeon 3650 512MB is listed in minimum system requirements, so if you play it in a higher resolution or something, you will surely have low FPS.
