That's the reduced price, it'll be €13.99 when it is released, or €12.99 plus a free copy of Worms Crazy Golf if you pre-purchase.

It is unfortunately. The American store is different to Sony Europe. It does however, launch a day earlier on PS3 Sony America due to that fact.

Might just preorder to save a £1 as I have already got worms crazy golf.
