Ive downloaded Worms Ultimate Mayhem from steam, but when i click start it directly says: "Worms Ultimate Mayhem Launcher Application funktioniert nicht mehr. (in german, means the Launcher doesnt function anymore.) I already reinstalled and checked Worms for Problem with Steam.

I use Windows 7 with ATI HD 5650.

What can i do?

Try starting the game without the launcher. To do this, go to your Steam folders and look for Steam\SteamApps\common\WormsXHD. Rename "WormsMayhem" to "Launcher". Likewise, rename "Launcher" to "WormsMayhem". Steam will now use the WormsMayhem application that you renamed to Launcher. All that does is skip the launcher options, but perhaps it helps.
