Welcome to the forums Worms fans!
Had a great idea about the game? Then this section is for you. Let us know what you think of the game and what you'd like to see in it. Whether it be hats, weapons, some old Worms music or anything you want, feel free to request it! Why not create something new? We'll be updating the game with new content regularly and we will be listening to what you want, so anything is possible!
Enjoy Worms on Facebook!
When I first heard of this game I was immediately thinking a Tactics mode resembling the one from Worms Battle Islands could be very interesting...
some old Worms music
Oh and I always like to hear the wormsong for sure :)

Hello!
First of all - I'm a massive Worms fan across all platforms and have been playing since it was first released.
We play via Steam almost everyday in the office, but as our team has expanded it's been frustrating not be able to setup lobbies with more than 4 players. Do you have any plans to expand this?
Also, just another query - any plans to introduce low-gravity on the lunar landscapes on Steam as you used to have on older versions?
Thanks!!!

some old Worms music
I really like if the old Worms 2 soundtrack could be included... it's my favourite Worms OST ever!
Can I ask what your feelings are on the length of battles? Are they too long, too short or just right?

Although killing every worm of the enemy team isn't the objective, I think I'd prefer longer lasting battles. I'd consider giving the players to choose between 3, 5 and 7 minutes by adding lobbies or match-making options. You could also add different game modes, actually... Like a real deathmatch mode that ends once there is only one team left, with water rise in sudden death. You know, classic style :)

Anyone noticed there is no wind in the beta?
Yes :)
It's deliberate, to keep it simple to new players (for now!)
In other Worms games, wind only ever affected Bazooka & only a few other weapons that aren't in Worms Facebook. It would be confusing for Wind to only affect one weapon in the game perhaps....
reinforcements retrieved when someone quits or some bonus in gold and exp.
and a comment regarding the new change graphics now, I prefer the worms as they were before, now they look so retarded, before they all had an air of madness and felt cool. :)
Why did you change the weapons and worms graphics? The weapons now look like they were quickly made in paint, and the worms look stupid with annoying smirk on their faces. Worms actually looked nice with their big eyes and all..
but, at least grenades have now better physics and the background has some more details.

Hello,
For now I think the game is too laggy :/
I use a laptop with Ubuntu 12.04.
CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo @2.1 GHz
GPU : nVidia G105m
RAM : 4 Gio
I keep going to track bugs and other issues.
Thanks to let have me join the beta.
awesome game guys.
but i keep wondering, why i have a island and fort? ;p
i could be nice if you could like get a factory or something, producing gold, or higher maximum reinforcements maybe?
I finished my challenges so far pretty quick, so now i find it kinda hard to get enough gold.
also will i be able to walk with some wepons, would make it quicker in those last seconds ;)
last roling grenades, somtimes they kinda stick.
But awesome game guys, i'm deffinately gonna keep playing, and thx for the three facebook dollars :D

Hey guys,
Thought I'd do an update on here, answer some questions and see if we've done anything you've suggested.
1. We've got some new original music in the game (some bits based on the Worms song!) but we can update this regularly with what the sound chap comes up with. (You may have a nice surprise coming soon, but I didn't say anything ok? ;) )
2. The battle will be staying at 3 minutes as we feel it's perfect for the quick bite sized social games & the social audience. However, we do still want to keep the old Worms fans happy and are looking at putting something in place to appease this too! Again, can't say too much here as it's still early days, but we are looking to do something about this post-launch.
3. In-game chat....DONE! We've got some words you can send to people (WTF?! GG! HAHA!) and some Emoticons. We think it makes playing friends a lot more accessible & fun. Hope you guys are enjoying the chat.
4. As JLo said, we have no plans to put wind in the game.
5. Reinforcements refunded if players rage quit...DONE! We also reward players more for staying the full match and show up the rage quitters on the results screen.
6. We've changed the Worms graphics so they fit in with Revolution. You may have noticed that all the weapons changed to Revolution graphics too.
7. We are aware that some players have issues with lag and are taking measures to combat this.
8. Good question about the island/fort. You will probably find out very soon. ;)
9. Challenges are getting a complete overhaul. Hopefully you'll like the new system! We think it's a lot more exciting to play and should bring you coming back week after week.
10. Whilst we haven't got walking with weapons in the game due to flash limitations, we have changed the movement button to swap between last weapon used & moving to make moving & shoot a bit easier.
11. Will look into the grenades.
12. Maximum reinforcements increase with every 10 levels you go up as a reward & thank you for playing.
Thanks for all the suggestions guys! Keep them coming! :)

Any reason why bombs and bazookas only do 30 damage instead of 45?
Why is explosion knock back minor?
Add a button to toggle on/off names, life, or both.
Should we just answer here or create a post like others have done? I'm confused about this forum organization...
I'll enumerate some suggestions I have seen around and others of my own:
1- Pay to win strategy is dangerous. The difference in power between weapons can easily determine the outcome of a match. There could be a limit of times to use certain weapon in each match, a little nerfing here and there or more ways to obtain weapons through rewards (maybe if you have a good accuracy with a bazooka during a fight you earn a homing missile, etc).
2- Graphic quality options. I really don't care about the fish or the birds in the scenario. The water could be a lot simpler too, all I care is about the gameplay and having the best frame rate I can get and I'm sure others would agree. Playing in old/slow computers can be troublesome.
3- Surrending and being disconnected. As others pointed out, If an enemy leaves during your turn and you have already used a cash weapon, you'll lose your weapon and XP/coins. I believe when I player leaves the match, the other should be able to finish his/her turn before the match ends. I would even suggest turning the opponent into a bot.
4- Game appearance/skins. Worms' names and HP can trouble the view. Make them less opaque or give us a button/shortcut to hide them. And well, why not giving people skins? I like 2D worms better than the almost 3D ones, so I'd really like to play the game in a Armageddon skin, for instance.
5- Battle settings. Some people already said it, so I'm just re-stating: give us the option to choose the amount of time per battle (3, 5, 10 min), the amount of worms they are willing to use (3, 4, 5 worms each), the weapons allowed, land hazards, sudden death, crates with items (that last only for the duration of the match) etc...
6- Reward/Achievement system. Well, what if you receive weapons, hats or something else for doing something good in a match? Like having a good accuracy rate with the bazooka in a battle could earn you a homing missile. Sinking all the enemy worms (or most of them) in a fight could give you a sailor hat (pirate?) and etc... People would feel motivated to play good, even when they lose to a overpowered item.
7- Turns vs Time. A turn based game could count the time by the number of turns (with each turn during the same 30s). I find it annoying that I sometimes have 1 turn less than the enemy because someone played too fast or too slow. Another solution to this would be giving a last turn to a player when he had one less than the enemy.
And that's it for now... keep up the good work!

Hey Team17 !
I've been playing since the first worms and so far i really like this new worms game.
Hat Rewards:
It could be great to be rewarded with weapons and hats for specific kind of kills
example : if you kill X many with the firepunch you get a kamikaze band.
Land Rewards:
when you successfully destroy land decoration during a game, you could earn a % of that specific decoration, which would eventually unlock this item.
Spawn Points:
i think it happens too often that a worm spawns really close to the edge of the island, which usually makes him die from a punch out of the island.
Island Design:
The level theme you choose (random or medieval) could also be your own island. it would be a way to push people to buy decorations because for now, i cant see why i would waste gold and bills on that stuff.
Stats:
i'd love to see a statistic board ! kill count, kill per weapon, damage per weapon, total damage, falling damage done, land destroyed, drowned worms, miles walked, total height jumped, average game damage...
Keys:
Can you enable movement with A-S-D-W keys and spacebar to jump ?
Compatibility:
Is there a chance that the game be exported to Adobe Air so we can play it on Android ? I would have so much time to play Worms during my daily commute...
Keep up the good work, you got me hooked on that game !
Nice ideas!
Hat Rewards:
It could be great to be rewarded with weapons and hats for specific kind of kills
example : if you kill X many with the firepunch you get a kamikaze band.
Custom Hats that would come with the achievements are awesome (and maybe they could boost a little the power/pushback of the weapon they came from?)
Land Rewards:
when you successfully destroy land decoration during a game, you could earn a % of that specific decoration, which would eventually unlock this item.
Island Design:
The level theme you choose (random or medieval) could also be your own island. it would be a way to push people to buy decorations because for now, i cant see why i would waste gold and bills on that stuff.
Land Rewards/Island Design: I agree to some point. Maybe we could get discounts instead of simply getting the decoration for destroying it since some items are way too expensive. And the player island is too small for a battle... unless each player will battle from its own island (and it would be a distance face-off), or a (pirate) ship is included in the scenario during the fight and it becomes "Defend your land" somehow....
This could be the case of making this a separate game mode (pillage and plunder?) where the players could bet/win more coins (from the enemy they defeated).
Spawn Points:
i think it happens too often that a worm spawns really close to the edge of the island, which usually makes him die from a punch out of the island.
Spawn Points: At first I thought that too, but now I think it's just a little luck factor. I find it worse when lots of my worms are clustered together...
Stats:
i'd love to see a statistic board ! kill count, kill per weapon, damage per weapon, total damage, falling damage done, land destroyed, drowned worms, miles walked, total height jumped, average game damage...Stats: agreed. They'll probably do that when the game launches...

Wow thanks Team 17 for letting me into the closed Beta, its really great to play with people from around the world on the facebook platform, being a new game I understand there will be a few minor bugs to work out so my patience is with you guys, while the games time limit is perfect and makes for some interesting matches, I was wondering if there was going to be a deathmatch mode in the future? Last worm wriggling wins. Thanks again for the great game and my inclusion!!
It's frustrating when you use a good weapon and the other player surrender, so I think I should have it back in inventory besides the victory.

This morning i installed Worms: Armageddon, played it for 30 minutes.
Then i played Worms Reloaded for 15 minutes.
And after that i played Worms Revolution for 15 minutes...
... Finally i went back to Worms Facebook and all i can say is that i like it the most.
Worm Design
Worms designs are much better than Reloaded/Revolution. i prefer the old cartoony 2D look. Maybe you could keep the Revolution idea of different kind of worms ?
Destroyed Land
In Reloaded you could see where the land was destroyed, leaving a dark pattern. This should be added back to Worms Facebook.
I'll add more suggestions over time...
I think the price of some weapons should change, not to become cheaper, but to become easy to summarize. For example,
Uzi would cost 360 or 370 instead 368
Mine would cost 310 or 320 instead 318
So, the price of the weapons was going to be multiple of ten.

one more thing that bugs me a lot.
when the game crashes, and that happened to me twice in 15 minutes, give back weapon ammunition used. Because seriously, when you use a weapon that cost real money and the game does not end, it sucks to lose that cash.

i like the game stiles editor like on W4 or WUM is can edit the battle time or worms hp
Thanks!
You all know the classic stock standard weapons you were given before each round of Worms, that needs to take place here too.
Granted i have only just started playing online, but it seems that if you purchase a couple of big weapons before a match you have a better chance of winning, rather then the skill needed to use the weapons you have.
I should not have to buy the simple weapons like shotguns, uzi's, mines, Haddukens etc, i should be given a certain amount a day to use at my will. Once i use them then i need to buy more. If that means making the ratio to buying a weapon to gold spent more extreme, then i'll really need to work to get more weapons, but as a skilled player i will be rewarded for using the weapons i have.
Love that this game is becoming an online platform, played it since day one and still by far the best game invented.
Cheers Team17
I agree, a choice of time frames would be awesome. If you want to battle it out for a 15 min - endless game and include the classic weapon arsenal, I'm sure it would go down a treat.

Idea: Make an sticky in which we could give feedback about AI?
Currently, comparing to update before xmass, when they (AI controlled worms) got somewhat fixed about speed of their play, they seem back on old boring style again? They used to play faster and if didn't knew what to play to skip rope, now they just stay there again, waiting for 30 seconds to pass without even moving, or they wait till last few sec's of their turn before wasting some weapon :\
I am a big fan of the series. Since Worms 2, I played almost all the games. I'm really bummed that my laptop can't run Revolution :(
I have some suggestions if you guys would like to consider.
- Ropeor some kind of jetpack (if that's not too hard to create) so can you actually get past those towers in medieval landscape;
- More terrain types, like cavern;
- Crates and health while playing;
- And longer playing times: a option where we can choose 3, 5 or 10 minutes.
Out of all these: rope and cavern like terrains are the ones i would like to see the most. Cheers!

If you want to keep the 3 minutes limit, here what you could you:
- Stop the game clock at the same moment as the worm does his action, so the worm's post-action movement time wouldn't affect to the game time. At least with Professor there is usually like 9-10 turns so that means 40 seconds or so going to waste. 40 seconds more time for action wouldn't maybe be enough, but it would be much better. And in online matches, when there are not usually those long waiting periods, there's usually even more turns, so that would also mean a little more seconds going to waste, if neither one used the skip go, that is.

I have 3 things to strongly sugest.
1. You should add wins/losses score for every player. That way winning in game would be way more important and game would be more interesting long term.
2. There should be reward in reinforcements for winning the game. This way it almost doesnt matter did you won or lost game. Few coins and stras more and thats it.
3.There should be more locked stuff for bigger levels. Esspecialy weapons. This way it doesnt metter are you level 15 or 50. You have same stuff available.
First of all please have a chatbox in game.We really need that. Now to the more important stuff.
1.I know worms spawns are random but like 95% of the time a player will lose a worm just because it spawned right next to the sea. What i think that reduce this is making the worm that's closest to the left beach play first.I know this won't fix the problem but it's a way to reduce it at least.
2.THE TIMER.3 minutes is not enough time.If there is going to be a timer it needs to be at least 10min because too many people abuse the timer when the problem stated above is in their favor.Solutions:make it 10min or even 15min.You could also leave it at 3min and bring sudden death back in the game.If you think that leaving every worm with 1hp is too much then make the timer to cause a 30 or 40dmg on every worm and then the match continues until every worm on one side dies(the -30 or -40 thing could be abused though)
PLEAAAASE ! enable this. Saving replays to Facebook, emails.. where-ever.. hours of precious memories need a saving :D
