Hey guys I'm new here. I've been a fan of Worms since Worms 2 which was my first game. I am a fan of both 2D and 3D Worms, with 3D possibly being my preferance, (Ooh the minority :D) although I'm looking forward to Worms Revolution.

I have a question that I have wondered for a while. Is the current Worms logo a font or is it drawn artwork? If it is a font it would be a nice one to have. I believe that the older logo used up until World Party was a font called "US Army Font" or similar, and that the in-game one is "AdLib".

Hmm... that's actually a good question. It's probably hand drawn, but it would be cool if someone made it into a font.

Yeah it would be good. By the way have I posted this in the wrong section of the forum? Anyway Ive been looking through some of the fab artwork on here, Im definately going to have a go. I used to doodle worms years ago and it created a mini craze at school for a short while.

It's based on the same font used in the old games "US Army", if it's really the name, and actually a 3D render. The very current logo is a drawn version of that render, so to answer your question, no, it's not an actual font.

Stencil (http://www.urbanfonts.com/fonts/stencil-fonts.htm) is a category of fonts. I think the font is actually called "Stencil Antiqua", but I'm sure it's often referred to as "US Army" as well.
