My friends and I recently had a craving to play WF:US, so we firstly tried to play using fortnet, but when the game just starts, an error shows up "A network error has occurred". So we tried to play using LAN connection (with hamachi), but when we join the LAN lobby no one can see anyone except himself in the lobby.
Hamachi works very well in LAN connections in other games, but it have never worked with worms (even WWP, same lobby problem).

I really want to play, but i don't know the solution for any of these problems, and i didn't find any one on the game's archive. Is there is anything i am missing, some ports to forward, a patch, or is there is another way? I am really frustrated :(

I know i may look retarded, and i know these games aren't supported any more, but old games still have their karma.

WWP doesn't support custom ports for hosting. Hamachi uses them, and that's why you can't connect. Custom ports are supported in WA, but Hamachi isn't needed there because of another universal solution.
I don't know any specifics about your game, but I'd suppose that it also doesn't support custom ports. Just a guess. Try forwarding ports on the router (or if the game supports UPnP, enable UPnP). hope this helps.

according to FAQ (http://www.wormsforts.com/extras.html?area=faqs#7.4), 10018 and 5910.

must i forward these ports to play LAN?
