jelly worm

so... this has exactly nothing to do with worms I just needed a site with lots of people on and where I am already signed in on. but anyway. I am making a flash animation and I accidentally wiped the hole animation from the timeline. I figured out that I could just exit flash and open it up again where I last saved it (I couldn't undo it for some unexplainable reason). so I did that but it was still the same from where I last closed flash. so I found out that I had auto save on. so was pretty screwed. what I am trying to say is that is there any possible way to recover older saves in flash (or just any other way to get the animation back)it would be really appreciated. btw I'm using CS5

No idea about anything to do with flash, but in general the solution to problems like that for programming would be version control (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revision_control). Worth looking into for the future!
Not sure how Flash handles autosaves, but there won't be previous versions of your work saved in your main file. Some programs have an incremental save feature which creates new files rather than writing to just one, making sure you can always go back ten or so versions.. but I've never heard that Flash has that so I think your work is lost :/

Jokes aside, i couldn't tell you, I've been using CS3/8 for years, was it just a "cut/Ctrl-x" or you actually deleted them?
