Install the game on my PC and when I run I get an error about OpenGL that says:
This application Requires That Supports OpenGL graphics hardware extension "GL_ARB_framebuffer_object "...

This occured to me too, I use Gainward 9800GT.
So basically what I did is, I downloaded the drivers straight from nVidia's site, not from other resources, and installed the drivers.
If you're using ATI, try downloading directly from AMD's site.

Now I have the latest from Intel, Intel pentium use

Even if you have the latest version of Intel follows the error, and had the latest version from before

What's your graphics card?

Intel integrated cards are not compatible with Worms Ultimate Mayhem IIRC.

Thats your CPU not your video card....I have the same CPU here (yes exactly the same) and the game runs fine....I guess your prob is related to your video card...
If you dont know what video card you have....you, most likely, have a integrated one....

How to check your card:
Windows 7: right click on my computer, then press properties, on the left side you'll see an "Device Manager" text along with the "administrator icon" (the blue/yellow shield), then open the "Display Adapters" and you'll see what graphics card you use.

As far as I know, Intel integrated cards can't run the game.
