Hi
When I start a game (single or multiplayer) sometimes the weapon select menu gets locked and doesn't come up.
In this version I sometimes face a camera-lock state after firing weapon which will be solved by clicking. I didn't have this problems in previous release of game.
Is it a knows issue. Has someone seen this?

I have the latest Beta version. (3.6.31)
CPU: Intel Celeron 2.4 Gh
VGA: ATI Readon 7000 with latest drivers
RAM: DDR 512Mb
Motherboard: MSI 845E MAX
Directx: 9c latest release

We've had some pretty weird weapon panel glitches in the past, but I don't remember anything similar to this. Have you tried using another mouse?

I said that we didn't have these glitches in recent versions!
The problem is absolutely from the game. . . not with mouse.
The weapon panel most of the time gets locked in the 3rd turn and again unlocked in 8th to 10th turn.
As you said it's weird (and bothering) for me too!

Try enabling the timer workaround in advanced options.

Thats interesting . . .
I'll try that. But as the changelog says:

Bug introduced in v3.6.28.0: On some systems with multiple CPU cores, the weapon panel would not open and close properly. When the mouse was moved, the panel would go "wandering" randomly, eventually going off the side of the screen, sometimes coming back later. This was a very rare but consistently reproducible bug on some systems. If you experienced this bug, it is still recommended that you enable the timer workaround (either using the Advanced Options dialog, or by importing TimerWorkaround_On.reg, from the Tweaks folder, into your system registry) because the same timer issue that caused the dancing weapon panel bug can also cause screen lag (irregular, jumpy passage of time within the game).

It's for multi-core CPUs . . . I have celeron CPU . . .
Thanks anyway. I'll try that.

Thank you very much!
Although the Timer workaround was made for Multi-core CPUs, It worked for me.
The weapon panel works fine since I enabled that advanced option.
