This is now the second time I've witnessed something like this with THE SAME PLAYER.

I was playing against FOXHound who, as if it's not bad enough that he quits intentionally when not winning or even just to annoy you, seems to have been able to relocate MY worms over water, as well as transport his last little worm to ABOVE the top-closed-off-girder (either that or made himself invisible), and lastly made himself capable of setting his own health.

I attempted to fire at where the camera was pointed when it was his turn to no avail, I even stood on top of the very spot and fired straight up and straight down - NOTHING.

Again, this is the SECOND time. He seems PERFECTLY capable of manipulating the map at his own will and I'd like to find out WHY he's able to do this?

Thank you.

Thank you for letting us know about this, we are looking into this right now. We might have more questions for you later. :)

Is it on PSP or Wii? Might it just have been some sort of a desync issue?

Nope Thurbo, my worms were repositioned 1-by-1 to spots hovering over water, all of which fell either into the water or on a girder i placed to try and save them, this over multiple turns

Our coder on Battle Islands says that what you are describing is not possible in a hacking way and it sounds like you've been very unfortunate with desync issues with this player.

Are you sure it isn't possible? Some time ago there was some guy hacking Worms Reloaded, enabling him to change the positions of worms during his turns. He's uploaded a YouTube video, too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RUXSlt2FxOA

Of course, it could have been a desync, a really bad one... perhaps you two were playing on completely different maps, and he moved your worms to a spot on his map which was right in mid-air on yours, so you fell into water and drowned at the beginning of your turn. At least such things were possible to happen during the Worms Reloaded beta.

I only know what the coders tell me. :)

its been a couple of days since the install and all seems to be okay now. I have absolutely no idea what was going on there for a couple of days. Maybe a database glitch?

Ive had the same problem with him. one of his worms got dropped in the drink and the very next turn that same worm is up high on dry land.
