If you're trying to wind people up then you're failing. We simply want to play people in other regions as me along with others have FRIENDS (a concept you may not of heard of) we can no longer play with.

might be stating the obvious but i hope everybodys keeping a regular check on their NAT settings before stating the game is broke, all is good for me now on worms, but my router nat settings did get changed to strict after that big summer update the other day..........nat settings do change on their own and router reboot is needed, etc........KEEP YOUR EYE ON THEM...--->system settings--->network--->test xblive connection...........its fast&easy! this game hates moderate nat!!

the problem is tho this game seems to display the same looking problem as descirbed in that thread from over a year ago in some kind of a disguise of what nat symptoms would do so you never know whats up! ......but it has been better for me gotta say, with only sometimes one of my friends accepting the invite, saying he's in lobby via party chat others can see him and i cant see him, so i close it and start again to avoid crashes, of note is tho i usually play with +3 friends and not often other public people unless in 1v1 cos i cant be arsed to wait (tho we do play player and private) tell you wot ive been getting loads of lately is completley different moves being displayed than what your friend actually did!! (you see what really happenned on next turn) i have no problem setting up any 4 player match of any type now, but i can see where you lot are coming from it would deff be more effort with people you dont know, still not smooth and fast enough for that and thats why im sure numbers in player games are always low. (i think default quick match should be made to send you to player too without having to slide it over)

its gotta be said tho i heard it thrown about about changing the whole server for the game i say that is the best idea and any future games that should be top of their list i bet you could eliminate all the online issues by getting it hosted better, its easily the worst game for networking on xbox and that is nothing to be proud of.

I can confirm that the issue is nothing to do with NAT type.

for the past 12 months me and my friends have been trying to play 4 player games.

We all have a good grasp on router settings and have set and checked all NAT settings many times.

Apparently playing with people in the same region works ok. but that isnt always an option for me as most of my friends who play worms live overseas.

This is not a Client Side problem. Its most deffinetly Server Side.

fair enough....... i hear ya.............this games network problems wouldnt be SO annoying if it wasnt so good........then we could all just ditch it and move on to a better game........problem is there aint any!

Well in my opinion games arn't always fun when you cannot play against others online so your opinion stays for your own and whoever else agree's about not liking games without online.
