Seems to be the multiplayer is finally working once everyone has the new patch with the DLC in the credits by reinstalling game, battle pack, and delete cache. played serveral 4 player matches (For example why I know its working people withOUT the update it'll freeze the game and when i toled him to reinstall his game / battlepack / delete cache he got the update and it didn't freeze! One thing that I don't understand people from over seas cannot join my matches? Only people from USA seem to join only. Would anyone at Team17 know why this is happening tryed with two people overseas no luck. Otherwise great fix and we need to send a patch for the entire Worms XBLA on startup without having to deal with deleteing and reinstalling and deleting cache. Whens does DLC get to go live for XBLA Marketplace? :D

Mark-O - please no joke - I played one minute ago and freeze... Great fix? Great fix will be if the team17 places on a server patch that will fix the game to all players. I use Your instruction (delete game, Battle-Pack, clear cache etc.), and play one time. Next games - freezes...

Team17 - please - places on a server new patch for all players. On this forum instruction read maybe 100 players. On Xbox Live for normal online games waiting milions...

this is Bull, stop cheerleading for them Mark-O, you wont get any free games for it.

its even more broken now than ever without forcing a patch. Ever since I deleted and redownloaed almost NO ranked gamers work at all since the average random player doesnt know that he or she needs to go through the steps to play.

Please stop blaming Microsoft and fix this for everyone, T17.

@Glitches, I'm not cheerleading whatsoever I'm just saying if the other people don't have this new patch it simply won't work but if they do have it, then it works! And doesn't freeze ranked games and you are able to play 4 player matches so it could be MS fault for it not going to everyone on startup on worms. I didn't get the update on startup on worms I had to manually do it myself by re-installing everything on worms.

Mark-O - I thank you for your hard work when you try to fix this game. Errors do each and Team17 is not the first company to have such a problem. Now you only need to fix it in the next update, which will have to get everyone who turns on the game. In my opinion this game plays more than 100 thousands of players, we love this game and wait for another update that will fix the game online.

wow there are some stupid people here..........the reason you still freeze is cos virtually EVERYBODY who aint on these forums doesnt know about the update!

so they dont have it and untill they do youll have to either tell them or play with friends who do.........i only got it cos i cleared my cache out for some other reason, hardly any of us have the new update........team 17 need to get it to do it automatically when you put the game on like all the other xbox games but we all know worms is ridden with problems and cant ever work properly................as for the 4player networking i dont think much has improved to be honest do something big team 17 and change the servers or whatever marko said you said youd do!

think of it like this.........the amount of good games you get maybe 1 in 10.......thats how many bad games the peeps without the update are getting! so they wont give a ****!! man i wish i didnt have the update!!!!

Yup very true.

Lol the game isnt even close to fixed yet.

Until Microsoft tell us that everyone should have the update and everyone has the same version it's going to be impossible for us to be able to check if things are working as intended. I will reiterate that there is nothing we can do here at T17 to make this work apart from keeping on at Microsoft, I wish there was something extra we could do.

@BillT17, one thing you should do is atleast don't make these 4 DLC packs 400ms points each should lower them to 200ms each that's fair since we've al had a broken game for so long that's one thing i hope you can do for us.

Shame it's not up to me to set the prices but I will do my best to be heard, not sure I will be able to get them to agree to 200 points each but will see if we can get them for less than 400.

Thanks, BillT17 really all you really say is the fans and the people who has purchased worms we've all had a broken multiplayer for more then a year, and if they don't think its still wrong for them to set the price tags of 400ms shame on them because it isn't fair for anyone to have a broken multiplayer game. So what's is happening with microsoft are did you give them the word the multiplayer doesn't even work in 1on1 ranked matches now, and did you getta response from MS?
