View Full Version : Mac crash using keyboard
First time I've posted here in years. Used to play WWP on a PC, but have since moved to Mac.
Was looking forward to being able to play Worms again, but after downloading the Mac version through Steam yesterday, all I get is crashes every time I press a button on the keyboard.
Any help sorting it out?
Cheers.
First time posting here ever. :)
I too am having the same issue running Worms Reloaded on my Mac (a Mac Book Pro 2010 to be more specific).
It runs fine up until I press any key on the keyboard.
Here's a portion of the error log:

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Im running a santa rosa macbook pro with snow leopard and I have the same problem (press any keyboard button to crash) Im using a japanese keyboard and Kotoeri ime is always running in the background as far as I know. that wouldnt be a problem would it?
Funnily enough, that did seem to be the problem! Well done! I changed my keyboard to US (I'm using a wireless US keyboard on a Japanese Mac but usually use Kotoeri for Japanese text input).
So, to everyone experiencing the problem, try changing your keyboard input settings and turn off any unneeded inputs while playing. I hope Team17 puts out a patch pronto, as I'm sure there are many other customers who will experience this problem but won't be so lucky finding out the fix.

Nice find. I've passed this info on to the support team so they can make people aware. :)
