The game won't let me place my worms whether or not I have the teleporter icon clicked on or off, though it is supposed to let me place worms if it is turned on, does anyone know what to do?

That scheme option only works when there's no AI teams present in the game.

In very very very old versions of WA (1.0.0.1) , this option was bugged and you couldn't , which version do you have?
