Howdy guys. :D
Theoretically, if someone was to use WA graphics for a video and uploaded it to YouTube, and if that person becomes a YouTube Partner (http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=72851), would it be considered copyright violation? Additionally, up to what extent are we allowed to use their graphics? :D
Some info on YT partnership:
Your account may NOT be a good fit for the Partner Program if you upload videos which use any of the following without the explicit permission of the person who created or produced all material:
- Music (including cover songs, lyrics, and background music)
- Graphics and pictures (including photographs and artwork)
- Movie or TV visuals
- Video game or software visuals.
In addition:
Video Game and Software Content
Without the appropriate license from the publisher, use of video game or software user interface must be minimal, or the associated commentary must provide instructional or educational value. Videos simply showing a user playing a video game or the use of software for extended periods of time will not be accepted for monetization.

These statements may possibly answer the original question but I'm going to ask anyway in case T17 sees the post and just to eliminate doubt. Thanks for responding. ^^
