My WA was working fine (Sold Out CD version) in virtualbox on my iMac... but after the update to the most recent version... it crashes in the main menu.

I read the faq and tried the frontendworkaround tweaks but was unsuccessful.

Any ideas?

To further describe the crash... the intro plays just fine but freezes on the main menu (the pink rain stops moving, etc). Also the mouse pointer stops, but I can still hear sounds when moving the mouse around, and I can still hear the game ambiance.

Also, when I use /nointro, i just get a black screen with a white box and that's all.

If I reinstall the cd version it works fine.

Importing the SlowFrontendWorkaround_Off registry tweak should fix it.
