I have been playing public multiplayer on my iPad for a few days. There are a couple of annoyances but the biggest one for me is that after eventually getting a good connection to someone who plays the game to the last worm we cannot continue the game but have to disconnect and start a new game from scratch. This is because when then game ends it shows you the game stats with a continue button, then when you click continue it shows a screen with only an exit button. Then what? You wait. Nothing happens for minutes. You hit exit the only button and you disconnect and have to start a new game!

Hosting or joining a public game takes many attempts and fails four out of five times. So effectively you never get to play the person for a second game that you were enjoying. Some times it hangs waiting for players at the start and you have to reboot your devise. This is going to keep the number of users low. You NEED to have it so that good games continue for as long as players can stay on line if people are going to have fun and recommend the game to friends.
