When I enter in WA and I want to play on-line, I can´t see the channels therefore I can´t play. :(

But sometimes appear, but when I join, I see a sign that reads:"wormNET connection terminated" ... And nothing happens.

The same goes for the Snooper program. :eek:

I have this problem since days ago. Please Help. I need my dose of Worms.

Something is probably preventing WA.exe from connecting properly, make sure you shut off all firewall programs or make an exception before running the game.

Try WebSnoop (http://snoop.worms2d.info/) or read Frequently Asked Questions (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showthread.php?t=40881), or even use a SEARCH (http://forum.team17.co.uk/search.php) feature.

Are you playing maybe in a LAN based connection? Maybe you need to open ports. Our partner Jago helped me a while ago, to solve a similar problem teaching me to open ports in my wireless router. You should ask him that he's the expert in that kind of matters. ; )

Hello Again....I relive this topic because I find no solution.

WormNET I can not enter, enter but only see two channels (# AG and # RH) I can not see # PT channel.

It looks like something is dropping certain packets, possibly a content filter. Check for any software antiviruses, firewalls; check your router for any IRC settings or content filtering; finally, if you can't solve it, contact your ISP.

Hi, i have same, or even bigger problem here.

After WormNET went dawn and rise up next day, i can't connect to any game, can't even ping in cmd sites that shares the same host (worms2d.info, wormspx.com) like hostingbuddy 91.121.85.144.

I can acces those sites with proxy, but it won't works in game.

Firend sugested me, that mayby by mistake someone have block my all connections on iptables level.
My IP is fixed, always xxx.5.202.185, and on another fixed ip from the same internet provider it works fine.

Thanks, and sorry, but that was only a joke ;) I dont think someone will take it seriously, especially someone from team17.

Oh, I've seen real actual T17 employees ban people for a lot less. You even got a smiley face out of CyberShadow, should consider yourself lucky. :p

The problem with such jokes is that there will be people (new to the game / not fluent in English) who will take them seriously, so they're best avoided. You're not allowed to connect to WormNET with "Team17" in your nickname for a reason.
