I mentioned it somewhere, but I'll mention it again, just hoping to get information...

Okay so I've completed the entire single player game, got golds on everything, but I still don't have air strike cluster upgrade. Is it unlocked through online? Or is this the game you can never get everything available, even with online?

I can't answer your question but I can tell you that I played online yesterday and I got a lot of locked things.
So I think that unlocking is a question of experience points and not of the level you play or playing online. Maybe it's a mix of both...
For the weapon upgrades: Maybe you missed one at a "boss"-level? You can't see this in the "world map" as far as I know.

I got all the boss crates as well

Well I played the campaigns, collected all the crates and got all the weapon features, including clusters for airstrikes...

All I can suggest is you really missed a crate, but it's also possible there's a bug in the PSP version, isn't it? I'm playing the Wii version as you know, so I can't really help you :p
