See if you've done anything different from this guide:

What program do you use to make a virtual drive? Make sure the virtual drive's letter is after your own real drive's (IE if your disk drive is called D:, make sure your virtual one is E: or F:, et merde).
i used alcohol 52%
(parle en français si besoin)

That shouldn't make any difference.
Have you tried using Virtual CloneDrive? That one always works for me.
on my second pc i used daemond tools and cdburnerxp, nothing work
now its crashing even with cd  fatal error during game server connection

Indeed, it doesn't matter.
In fact, I switched my virtual drive's letter to be before my real one's, to be able to have the CD audio in W2, as that game apparently looks for audio tracks only on the lowest CD drive. :P
i need to do it ? how ?
WinKey + R
%windir%\system32\compmgmt.msc /s
Storage -> Disk Management
Right click desired CD drive
Click "Change Drive Letter and Paths..."
Note:
You will mess up the paths for all programs that refer to the old drive letters.
now the game is running without cd, on my second pc, (i need to try with my first) but always fatal "error during connection"
thanks bonz
i tried "training" with image-cd... the screen is black just when i start the game...
bored to have all bugs -_-

Have you updated WA to 3.6.31.0?
yes, i already play fine with cd

Do that. It's what I've been using for everything and it never had any problems.
If that also fails, it's possible that the disc you're making images from is damaged. Get a new one, the game's cheap enough (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Worms-Double-pack-Armageddon-PC/dp/B000E23XNA).

Fatal error during connection (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showthread.php?t=36110) is usually a firewall/antivirus or ISP problem but it can also happen in rare cases when the wormnet server is actually down.

Not working on xp, have to try on my seven

It cant be that, i couldnt play with cd if the problem was my antivirus

Well, do you have the latest update, then? (3.6.31.0)
Move your mouse over the Worms Armageddon logo in the menu to find out.

Use CloneCD (http://static.slysoft.com/SetupCloneCD.exe) to create an image, and use Virtual CloneDrive (http://static.slysoft.com/SetupVirtualCloneDrive.exe) to mount it.
Note: CloneCD is a trial version (it has all of the features of the full version, but can only be used for 21 days), but Virtual CloneDrive is freeware. You can mount whatever images you create with Virtual CloneDrive as many times as you want.

Or you could use Alcohol 52%, which does both of those things but is completely free.

He already is using Alcohol 52%, which isn't working properly for him (at least not for running W:A). That's why I suggested he use CloneCD and Virtual CloneDrive.

Ah right, yes, I missed that.
The following post is four and a half years old, but it still applies to this topic. This is age-old information that all Windows/ISO-file users should know.

It really is as simple as eating a slice of pizza pie.
