I installed and updated Worms Armageddon today, and experience some problems. The game suddenly crash in the middle of matches, and the colors are also a little messed up in the intro screens. Helpie?

Can you describe the crash in more detail?

Palette flashes during fades are a known problem. If you're using Windows XP, you can try disabling some palette fix compatibility options in the Advanced Options screen.

The crash seems to occur when a match is finished, and the only message I get is that "Worms Armageddon has stopped running." I run it on Vista BTW, and I use on of these CD's bought somewhere in the 90's.

Can you copy the crash information from Problem Reports and Solutions? You can get there by going to Control Panel, System and Maintenance, Problem Reports and Solutions, View problem history.

Don't think so. I have downloaded the latest patch and update, that's it.

Hmm, that's not very much information, and I'm not sure what would be the best way to collect more. The crash details indicate that it's a problem in an unknown module in another thread, but other than that they're pretty vague, and Windows won't save a minidump. Hopefully this will work:

Please install WormKit (http://worms.thecybershadow.net/wormkit/) and the following WormKit module: 30849
Run the game via WormKit.exe and reproduce the crash. After the game has closed, there should be some files named EXC_xxxx.DMP in your W:A folder. Please compress and post them here.

Whenever I try and start a match on armageddon it crashes and closes. Ive tried updating it but this doesn't help.
Any help?
