do you know about some cool online competition, despite ESL (I don't want to play for it), like ONL or TUS for WA?
I already googled it but didn't find anything. The inside game is just a matter of activity and I don't know if it has seasons.

There aren't a lot of competitions available afaik. Time will tell whenever they do :)

I made a mistake. You don't have to pay to play in ESL.
But would be better a world wide ladder. And a more interactive competition like the ones I mentioned above. I made my first game at ESL today :)
