honestly this may perhaps bee a completely obvious fix but for the moment i'm stuck. as soon as i start the game, it acts as if i am holding down the down arrow, which basically makes the game unable to play. all of my drivers are up to date and its not like im jusing second hand equipment, as i have a custom comp with a windows7 rating of about 7.4. so if anyone has a hit, solution, or any positive input it is greatly appreciated! :D
