I have been a fan of the Worms series since the first game. I was very excited about this game and bought a copy for my wife and a copy for myself through steam. My only interest is head to head play in our home. When I invite her into a private match, she is able to receive the invite and join the game and once connected, we are able to chat. Unfortunately, the "light bulbs" don't work correctly and the 2 out of 20 time that they did work, both computers stuck at the loading message. I have found that many other customers are experiencing the same problem. Both machines are well above the min specs and all drivers are current, and I might mention that Worms World Party works just fine. I was expecting an extremely polished polished product and what I got was 2 copies of something that is currently useless to me. Please fix this issue because I cannot wait to play this game (and really shouldn't have to because I just shelled out 40 bucks).

Me and my buddy is having the exact problem... really hoping for a quick fix for this one... really not enjoying the game so far...

yep, that has been a problem in the last 3 games T17 relased for PC....they always relase a patch that fixes it....they did it in W3D, they did it in W4M and they will have to do it again now....

There are quite a few people with this problem on the Steam forums. I really hope that they fix it in a patch quickly. With all of the advertising that went out for this game, the developers have been awfully quiet about releasing a clearly unfinished game.

Well... Im waiting... there was an update, but the multiplayer is still f**ked up... for me its like this, we are 4 guys, I can play with two of them but not the third, he can also play with the other two... its really annoying...

How long are we suppose to wait for a fix for this problem... this game is somewhat useless for me and my friends...
